Beautifully decorated with spacious living area, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, easy beach access, beautiful view from balcony with plenty of seating. Convenient parking with close proximity to local attractions. I would highly recommend.

Process from check-in to check out was extremely easy. The property has bellhop carts to utilize which is extremely appreciated when lugging luggage or groceries to the 17floor for an entire family.The beach at the property is pristine. The unit comes with two chairs & an umbrella that they setup daily for you at the beach. 3 less things you have to juggle. Our favorite thing about the property is the view from the balcony. You can gaze out for hours and let any worries slip away. It is truly water front with miles of views.

Very nice condo

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle. The beautiful updated bathrooms and kitchen make this condo stand out. The balcony boasts a magnificent view of Panama City Beach. We look forward to returning soon.

Perfect accommodation

Our condo was the nicest we’ve stayed in! Very clean and up to date! Had everything we needed to make our vacation convenient and easy to get started! The view was amazing and location perfect! Our host Erik was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back!!

Family Vacation

Our stay was great from start to finish. Spent a week in the condo, and we really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay, plus all the furniture and appliances were newer and updated. Little things like the extra beach chairs, made our day to day stay easy on us. Will definitely book again in the future.

The Condo was as expected; Views of the Ocean were great! Plenty of towels and they were clean. Everything worked as expected. Overall, a good stay. Property Management was slow to communicate on day of arrival, leaving us wondering, but they did communicate after we talked to VRBO.

This condo has been remodeled and super clean. Erik was always available to answer any questions we had. We loved the property and location. The 4th of July fireworks were amazing!! Highly recommend this condo!

A week of ease and relaxation

This condo was perfect for us. Updated and the pictures did not lie. Very clean, comfortable bed, and great views. Erik was great and made sure we had everything we needed. He even sent us some great suggestions for good breakfast spots. Even the condo employees went overboard to make sure you were enjoying yourself. Easy 5 star review! We’ll be back!

Family-friendly and Fantastic!

My husband and I stayed at Erik's condo this week with our 4 children (ages 7,6,4,9months) and we absolutely loved it. Erik communicated promptly and was so friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and impressively organized...he really thought through every detail. All we needed to bring was ourselves and food. Our children were so excited to utilize the pool and beach toys and we were delighted to find a baby float as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely look to book again for our vacation next year! Thanks Erik!

Awesome Getaway

The condo was perfect. The location was close to everything but far enough away as well, very peaceful. The condo had beautiful views of the gulf from the 17th floor. Our favorite time was morning coffee and an evening night cap on the oversized deck. The layout of the condo had a great flow and was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our getaway. We can't say enough about our host and owner Erik, he stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They went above and beyond with supplying extra beach chairs and beach toys for the little ones. We found our new favorite condo at the beach. We will be back.

Lovely condo, exactly as described, in a great location! We LOVED spending time on the balcony because the view was sensational and you could even catch sea life swimming by! Emerald Isle has a clean, uncrowded beach & is just a quick drive to Pier Park and delicious restaurants up & down Front Beach Rd. Mike’s, across the street, was a new find for us and it was so good we could’ve eaten there all week! It’s a local place so nearly half the price of the touristy restaurants. Erik was everything you’d wish for in a host. He was quick to respond and his communication was excellent before & during our stay.

We had a great time in Panama City while staying in this beautiful condo. Everything was just as the listing stated. The condo was updated and very well taken care of. The view was phenomenal. We had perfect weather (which was an added bonus). The owners communicated with us before, during, and after the trip. There were answers for questions I didn’t even know to ask - like the outside storage, and answers for questions I did have without even having to ask. The only complaint I could possibly come up with is that two of the four elevators were being worked on so there was sometimes a wait going up or down.I can’t say enough good things about this rental. If it is available to rent, don’t hesitate. 5/5 stars
