Well deserved vacation

The overall experience of the house was amazing. The location to and from Bend was ideal, for golfing, dining, and recreation. This house provided a quiet and comfortable location to relax.

Fantastic Sunriver Home!

We shared this home with another family of four and had the best time! It is immaculately clean, has very spacious rooms with comfortable beds, the coolest bunk room and an awesome sauna. Highly recommend this property to anyone. It's one of the best homes we've ever rented in Sunriver.

Loved the spacious layout of home. Made use of the wonderful sauna. The additional amenities were very thoughtful such as bikes, kennel and doggy toy ,.which my pet thoroughly enjoyed.

This is a great house! Arrangement of rooms and common space worked well. Kitchen is well-appointed, house was clean. Great covered patio, which helped as we had two thunderstorms while there. Close to the north store. A little bit of a ride to the village (about 3 miles), so if you have little kids, something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Mugho 4. The house was incredibly clean and very very nice. The house was exactly as advertised. Rooms were spacious and communal area extremely spacious and homey. Deck out back was outstanding. Close to Ft Rock Park. Would highly recommend.

The property was very clean and looked just like the photos. Very spacious and perfect for our family of 5, with some beds to spare. The house had plenty of amenities, including a BBQ on the deck. The Sauna was great as well.The location was a bit further from the Village and SHARC than first anticipated, but was only about a 5 minute drive. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely reccomend to anyone, and would book again in the future.

Good time

Overall not a bad experience once we got to the house but it’s not stocked as a typical sunriver house. Property mgmt team is a nightmare.

Loved this house

Had an amazing 3 weeks at 4 Mugho! Great neighborhood. Close to everything. Backs up to a bike path, but still very private. North Store is very close. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We cooked and bbq'd almost every meal. Updated kitchen and baths-very light and bright. Beds were comfy. Arrived was very responsive to the few things we needed. We will definitely be back again.

This house backs up to the bike path, though it sits far enough from it that passing riders never feel like they are right on top of you -- a nice balance of access and privacy. SHARC and the Village are a bike ride away, but the distance and some gradual elevation climbs along the route make it a stretch for smaller kids. The North Market is conveniently close. The quiet cul-de-sac setting made for a very peaceful stay.The house is clean overall, and the bathrooms and kitchen were both in good shape. Because the property is surrounded by dirt and natural vegetation, some dust simply comes with the territory. The rugs could use a good shampooing, though that is more of a periodic maintenance item than a reflection of how the house is kept between guests.The beds and pillows were genuinely comfortable, and the bunk room is a real highlight -- kids will love it. The garage comes stocked with three bikes and a ping pong table, which added a lot of fun to our stay. Supplies were well handled; we had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and the basics throughout our visit. There is a drip coffee maker and they even provide a bag of coffee to get you started.A couple of small things worth mentioning: the kitchen knives are quite dull, and a pizza cutter would be a welcome addition. Those are minor gripes in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again.
