Everything was top notch! The house is outstanding! Beautiful view! Extremely comfortable home with a stocked, high end kitchen. We loved every minute and we did not want to leave.

We were greeted with a gorgeous Christmas tree and decorations. Sitka Travel made us feel right at home and welcome. The decorations made it feel more like Christmas which was a nice touch. We look forward to staying here again for a mini staycation. The house was well stocked, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and entertain.

Rental was clean, well maintained, had everything we needed for our group of 6 and the manager was easy to reach if needed. Would definitely recommend and will return! We especially enjoyed the fire-pit in the backyard as we watched fish jump from the water, boats out in the sea and the occasional plane take off and land. (Btw, they are not annoying at all and in fact quite fun to experience if you catch them!)

Absolutely beautiful home!

This home on Japonski Island is a short walk into Sitka. It was amazing! Along with the constant views of beautiful Alaska out the walls of windows, this home is sparkly clean. Amenities are organized and plentiful. We were so comfortable that it was hard to leave! The owner was easy to contact and helpful. This property will not disappoint. Over the years, it is one of the best we have ever rented through VRBO. We hope to return! Mary in Vermont, formerly from Sitka

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th trip to Sitka and this was an amazing trip. Not only was the fishing great, but the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything you could think of, the beds were comfortable and we spent hours sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Thanks for the wonderful home and can't wait until next year. We could walk right to the airport which was also a big plus as we didn't have to rent a car.

my sisters visited Sitka for our fist time to celebrate birthdays. What a beautiful part of the country! Our accommodations were perfect. The view from the home is exceptional. We enjoyed sitting outdoors having coffee in a comfy living area. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for six adults. The location was perfect for shuttling to various locations. You do get plane traffic due to the proximity to the airport. We were not bothered by it. My suggestion would be a few instructions fir using the fireplaces and for the front doir. we struggled with the smart key pad. I would absolutely stay here again.
