About this space
This is a newly renovated cottage in Osterville’s “golden triangle.” It is approximately a half mile from the town center and 1.3 miles from Dowses Beach.

You will have a guest parking pass, which you can use for Dowses Beach or any other beach in Barnstable.

The home features a large deck with a fenced-in backyard, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you could need, including a Keurig and French press with grinder. The interior is modern and bright.

Awesome Cape Cod

This place is awesome, the host is super responsive and the town and neighborhood are wicked pissah, we stayed here for three weeks and would do so again.

Cape Cod relaxing stay

Absolutely perfect for our quick trip to visit family. Walking distance to village for shopping and eating. Great place ! Comfortable beds ! Everything we needed !

great location

Nice part of the Cape. Were there to visit with family nearby. Interesting only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Fine for 2 people but wonder for a family using all 3 rooms how well that would work. Owner always responded.

spacious cottage in beautiful neighborhood

We stayed for 4 nights and despite the oppressive heat, we were very comfortable in the air conditioned cottage. The layout of the cottage was very spacious and well equipped.The beach was amazing and right down the street. We also took in a concert at the Melody Tent which was just a short drive and a lot of fun. We had an delicious dinner in the center of town which was within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

As advertised

We had a nice stay here. A few hiccups with the internet, but the host was very responsive, and got it fixed as soon as he could. Also the screen door to the patio needs replacing, and the patio furniture is a little banged up. But those are small things. The big picture was good. It's clean, in good shape, with nice furniture and comfy beds, with cute, yard well-kept, and in a quiet neighborhood. And the host was available and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
