Spacious oceanfront vintage windmill with unbeatable panoramic views of Nantucket Sound. Enjoy both the charm of the original windmill and the comfort and amenities of the post and beam constructed 2003 addition. The oversized main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower. This inviting and airy room also boasts a private deck with stunning ocean views. A second charming bedroom with queen sized bed also has views from every window. The top floor bedroom is a large family room that has a queen sized bed and two twins. There are two separate sitting rooms and a dining area with gas fireplace. The bright and open plan kitchen and living area with its gorgeous beamed ceilings, granite countertops and views, views, views, is a magical gathering space. There are two additional full bathrooms, one on the main floor, and the other near the second bedroom. There is also an extremely large outdoor shower on the rear deck. The two car garage comes equipped with kayaks, bikes and various other water-craft to enhance your stay. This magical house has two more outdoor decks, one for private dining and the other to lounge and watch the sunrise or sunset. The neighborhood includes a private association beach with access to swimming, boating and fishing. Or perhaps you just wish to set your beach chair on the sand bar and watch the amazing bird life. This house has something for everyone!

The house was wonderful- cozy, super clean, well stocked and views for days! Deb was very communicative from booking to checkout. Location was perfect-quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to downtown Hyannis and other areas. Thank you so much for a wonderful homebase on our Cape Cod visit!

Windmill House is the Best!!

Unique place in Hyannis

We loved our stay at this very unique property. The private beach access was a plus and property was well equipped with bikes, paddle boards, and canoes for use. Kitchen was well stocked and property was very clean. Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful views! Very comfortable!

Our stay at the Windmill was also our first trip to Cape Cod. We had a great time! The house had plenty of room and offered everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The views were beautiful and the house is close to everything. We will definitely return!

First trip to Cape Cod

We had a lovely stay at the Windmill house. Views were great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet; perfect for going on a walk or lounging on the private beach. House could use some new window shades, but we would definitely stay here again.

We Love the Windmill

Once again, the Windmill house provided a perfect long weekend for my son's family to relax and enjoy the water! Lots of sandcastles, shells, and ocean exploring on the lower half of the tidal flow. This is a seriously great spot and super clean too.
