This 1-bedroom condo in Elation has everything you need for a relaxing getaway to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The tall windows in this 5th floor condo provide an abundance of natural light and a gorgeous scenic view! The living room includes a flat-screen TV, a chaise longue, and a sofa that also folds out to accommodate extra guests. With a fully equipped kitchen, bar stools at the breakfast counter, table with seating for 4, and washer/dryer, this unit has everything you could need to enjoy your stay.

The Master bedroom features a King-size bed and a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom provides a double vanity with a shower and deep soaking tub combination.

Step outside to the balcony to take in the spectacular view of the golf course, natural wildlife and the Choctawhatchee Bay beyond the trees. In addition to all the features of the interior and exterior, what makes this unit so desirable is the view and location! You are a short walk to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, but on the quiet side of the Grand Complex to enjoy the peace and serenity of this retreat space.
