The location is perfect being a short walk away from Baytown Wharf. The host was very easy to contact and even answered both times we called during check in. Will definitely be staying here again if we make a trip back to Sandestin.

Condo was awesome- and much bigger than I realized! Three of us were able to nap comfortably on the sectional on a rainy afternoon. Balcony had a wonderful view and plenty of seating. Location was great, walking distance to everything. Host was responsive to all questions. Would for sure stay again.

We loved this property! The ability to take a short and beautiful walk to Baytowne, which has great restaurants and entertainment, is amazing. This unit offers great bay views, wildlife watching, and feels totally private. The easy parking right beneath the unit is also incredible. The free beach access was great and easy to get to. We also enjoyed the beachside pool and the units pool and tub. The unit itself has a great spacious layout. The second bedroom is massive and great for kids or adults. If you are looking for a secluded unit in Sandestin/Baytowne, this is a great one for you!

The room was perfectly clean and stocked. We especially appreciated the large containers of body wash and shampoo since we forgot ours. My absolute favorite was the wonderfully furnished peaceful large balcony. It was the wonderfully quiet place for my Sunday afternoon nap! We visit at least twice a year and will be requesting this unit again!

The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels and dishes, etc. The property manager communicated very well. We enjoyed the peaceful view of the bay from the deck and saw beautiful sunsets every evening. We also got to see some wild life, such as birds, raccoons, turtles, etc. The location of the pool was convenient and it was not crowded except for one day. The one inconvenience was the lack of availability of rental beach chairs with umbrella at the Sandestin beach resort. Recommend reserving/renting them at least 4 or 5 days ahead online. We had to use another beach rental company one day that was located at a public beach access on Miramar beach and there was very little parking spaces available. So, we had to park 2 blocks away, which was hard for my husband who has a bad knee.

Great Location

Beautiful views with plenty of room. Loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings. Spent more time out than in but very convenient to the Wharf! We got lucky and was able to check in several hours early.

We’ve stayed at many of the Baytowne units but this unit is our favorite of all! Best view, really clean, and gives a private feeling.

Amazing location, spectacular views, and beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful with stunning views, location, and was exactly how the photos show. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 8 guests to stay comfortably. The property manager done a great job communicating all the details for everything from no contact check-in and check-out, to parking, specific codes needed for amenities, if the room was clean and ready early, maps of the resort, etc. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this condo to any family looking for a beautiful place to stay.

We chose Sandestin because there is so much to enjoy for all ages from small children to teenagers to grandparents....and everything is within a short walking or driving distance. We especially like the tunnel for golf carts, bicycles and walkers because we can access the entire resort without ever going out on the highway.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Choctawhatchee Bay view is spectacular from the fifth floor balcony. You will look out over tops of pine trees with Destin night lights twinkling in the distance as you enjoy a picture perfect sunset.
The marshes and the bay attract exotic birds and wildlife so you will want to bring your binoculars.
