The condo was perfect for my family of four. The balcony views of the ocean were beautiful. We had a super short stay, but I would stay here again. Host communication was top notch!

Room was exactly as advertised. We had a great time especially enjoyed the great location. Host was extremely quick on all responses. Great views but a little noisy at times due to the close pier being reconstructed.

Nice condo with a perfect ocean view. Neat and clean. Comfortable for 2 people. Very small bathroom area with a showerhead hung about 7 feet above the surface of the tub. I am 5’2” and could not get any kind of shower spray so I had to bend under the actual faucet to wash and rinse my hair. An inexpensive extender rod would really help that situation. A good shower is a must at the beach! Location: we loved that the chair/umbrella rentals did not set up in front of this condo so the beach was clear and we had our pick of the area! But if you want a rental, they do set up really close so it wouldn’t be an inconvenience. The only drawback of our stay (totally out of the host’s control) was the work the city is doing on the temporary pier for the storm water runoff. We found out while we were there that they are in the middle of an 18 month project and there are two cranes out there making all sorts of noise throughout the day. At times the noise was so bad that we couldn’t hear the ocean we were sitting directly in front of, nor could we hear each other talking on the balcony when they were working. You can hear the work up and down the beach for about a mile in both directions so the noise is not specific to this condo. The pool and hot tub were clean but the lazy river didn’t look clean at all during our stay. All in all, we enjoyed our week.

Nice, economical place to stay. Very small, but clean. Comfortable king size bed. Very uncomfortable living room furniture. Perfect for younger adults who won’t spend a lot of time in the room. Don’t recommend for older/seniors who may want to spend time relaxing in the room or on the balcony. High jetted tub that is difficult to get in/out of as there is no grab bar. Low profile toilet. Decent ocean front unit, for a short stay. Construction on the pier was loud, at times, and took away from the views.

Great week

Property was clean and comfortable. Kids next door were a little noisy but they were having fun too. Could use a small vacuum to clean up the floors easier than a broom.

Absolutely amazing!

We needed a quick few day trip away from our busy day lives and we chose this property and it turned out to be a hidden gem. It was gorgeous all the way around. You will not be disappointed.

Extended Weekend Getaway

Extended weekend getaway on the beach. The apartment was clean and you can tell it was recently renovated. Plenty spacious for two people. I like that it had a separate living room with it's own TV and AC unit. The couch was comfortable with taste decorations. I would suggest installing a fan to offset the AC usage. If I one running I could turn on the fan and blow the cool air throughout the space w/o turning on the 2nd (just a suggestion). The location of the building is a bit sketchy. My neighbors were young adults who like to smoke funny cigarettes on the balcony, which kept us inside at times. Overall the apartment was comfortable and would recommend.

Great ocean views

Our visit was great considering it was middle of April. The rooms were great and would stay there again. Just a short walk away from food and drinks. Short distance from CCU to be on the beach.

Quick getaway

First let me say...Phyllis was great to have as a host. She was very informative and answered all questions quickly!!! She made everything so easy from scheduling to checking in to resolving any issues or answering any questions while we were there. The beach and condo were just what my wife and I needed. The condo was great! The location was great. Walking distance to most restaurants and other attractions. It was a short drive to and from the airport, about 15 minutes tops. We loved our stay. This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and it won't be our last.Thank you to Phyllis for being a great host!

Beautiful Unit, Fine property

Our end of winter week in MB was lovely, including this property. Unit is well decorated and has what you need to stay for a few days or a few weeks. Only complaint is the couch is quite uncomfortable for reading/ TV viewing and the shower head could use an upgrade. The building is a very basic high-rise motel style and a bit run down, but they are in the midst of some renovations. The property owner is also point of contact (very rare from what I heard during our stay) and she was great to work with- very responsive and friendly!

We have loved Myrtle Beach all our lives. As soon as our youngest finished school, we purchased a family beach condo that we rented to help with expenses. Because we had so much fun, we have added 3 more! We buy, clear out, renovate and refurnish to create in each location a comfortable, attractive fun place to spend a weekend or an entire season! Check in is easy and quick. We provide the quality furnishings that you need and room for all the personal things you bring- good things like large new dressers with drawer space, a King bed with a luxurious mattress, very comfortable sleeping for 2 more, large jetted tub, pantry, 2 large new dressers with lots of drawer space, mirrors, sofa with chaise overlooking the ocean, a special quiet nook, a quiet spot to read, relax or watch the bedroom tv! We used the Murphy bed during early reno and loved, loved, loved the comfy mattress and winter sunrises that we photo'd for you without even getting up! We don't yet have lots of reviews on this bc it''s new, but send us and inquiry we can point you to our other VRBO listings so you can read the good things our guests have to say about what we offer and how easy it is to arrange your stay!

You can walk to EVENTS, restaurants, coffee shops, night spots, the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the free shuttle that takes you to the most popular outlying amenities during summer season. We are 2 blocks from the Civic Center where there are events galore. It's great for kids and adults involved in those events. Amenities! This property has lovely large pools and spas.
The view from our space is beautiful even on rainy days. If you're an early riser as we are, the dawn is different every season and most every day as air conditions change the dawn and sunset colors. You can watch birds, people, and, on occasion, passing dolphins! Several times, we have even seen small whales in winter! Every day can be a new adventure, or you can park your car and enjoy nature and the neighborhood! I love those tables and loungers under the palm trees where all you need to take down is yourself... and perhaps a snack and a book/reader! This new upscale remodel is a NEW listing so, currently, rates are BARGAIN priced for this premium listing! Compare! We are excited about what we have created for you!

We have paid careful attention to details. We like to dine in so the kitchen is well equipped. You don't have to search behind furniture to find a place to charge your devices. We have bedroom black out curtains for mornings when you want to sleep in. Also, we have the bedroom has a quiet nook with a comfortable chair when you need to get away to work, to read, to watch your favs on tv, or to relax in quiet! We have provided you with space to enjoy and space to store your things. We provide paper products and soaps for at least the first night or 2 so that you don't have to run out to the store as soon as you arrive. We hope that our attention to detail and comfort has made this a special vacation place that will become your go to Myrtle Beach home!
