My sister and I were thrilled with the condo. Pristine clean, well appointed and a killer view of the beach/ocean/sunrise. Parking is secure and right by your door. Our hosts set the expectations and then exceeded them! Highly recommended.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was very very clean. And stunning views from the balcony of the ocean were incredible. We totally love the hot tub.!!!! We appreciate it all the availability of items that you provided in the condo. Like cookware, spices, even body wash and shampoo. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!

Our hosts, Kevin and Sharon, could not have been better. The upfront communication was excellent. Answered every question I had beforehand. Checked in on us after we checked in to be sure everything was good. It wasn’t! Instead, it was GREAT! They really pay attention to detail. Everything you need is here at this condo. Kitchen is well equipped, linens are supplied. Shampoo, conditioner and soap. The views are amazing. Pools, gym, hot tubs, sun deck, and the list just goes on and on. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back very soon.

Our stay was fantastic! Being in south Myrtle made it really peaceful with quick and easy access to North Myrtle and the boardwalk. Check in was extremely smooth. The views and easy beach access were also incredible. Can’t wait to come back.

Oceanfront view was nice. Property very clean, beds slept VERY comfortably, and everything was in working order. Decorated in a very nice beach theme and had a lot of nice touches. All the switches were labeled so you knew how to turn on different things. While we didn’t really use dishes, etc., everything in kitchen was well stocked and there was soap, hand soap, shampoo, detergent for laundry, and anything else you might need already there. The access to room was very easy from parking deck directly into building which made unloading and loading vehicle very easy.

The hosts were awesome
very attentive & accessible. The view is amazing, the beach was great! The condo was comfortable, neat & tidy. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was a game changer. I wake up very early and I was able to make some tea and a nice breakfast and sit on the balcony and enjoy the view or relax in the living room area while I waited for my daughters to wake up. There were tons of activities to get into & lots of good food to eat around town!

Great little getaway to Myrtle Beach. Nice and clean condo with all the amenities you’ll need. Great location close to a lot of activities and places to eat. Brent and Sharon were great with their communication. Easy check-in process. Highly recommended.

First time VRBO

Excellent property with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Great location being steps from the beach. Clean. Awesome owners who went above and beyond and was constantly in contact. Lazy river, pools. Since it was further south, it was a lot more quiet than the main Myrtle Beach hub but a short 5 min driver could get you to the main hustle. A few good resteraunts nearby. Beach was great, water was great.

The resort is located right on the beach and has an attached parking deck with easy access to the condos and your car is out of the hot sun. We didn’t use the pools but they looked well maintained. East access to the beach.

Kevin and Sharon live in Surfside beach, SC and love our coastal area. Kevin is a retired project manager for several dept. Stores and Market & Deli owner and currently owner of a local handyman services. Sharon is a lifelong resident of myrtle beach and works long term in the auto dealership administration field. We love helping others and providing outstanding customer services. We are both clean freaks, but in a really good way.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with the view from this property at first site, but needed major updates. So We spent about 6 weeks tearing out carpets and and installing new floors, new appliances, new paint and major cleaning. We are new to renting it out, but promise you a great experience with our Condo and the resort amenities.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The ocean front view and watching dolphins just calmed our souls, not to mention the beautiful sunrises over the ocean. The resort is also very close to the Springmaid pier and all the great restaurants, attractions, shopping, and golf courses Myrtle Beach is famous for. Very close to market commons, Myrtle Beach State Park, and Myrtle Beach International airport.
