Acces a l’appartement pas facile si grosses valise. Pour le stationnement 2 heures seulement je vous suggere l’application spot hero pour en trouver un pour un plus long delai.

HĂŽtes proactifs et emplacement parfait

PrĂšs du mĂ©tro et du port, cet appartement est parfait pour 2 familles. Épicerie, pharmacie Ă  proximitĂ©, parfait pour les dĂ©placements Ă  pied. Les hĂŽtes offrent un excellent service et sont toujours prĂȘts Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions et Ă  nous aider ! Je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hĂ©sitation !

Perfect spot for a pre cruise visit in Boston. Neighborhood was safe and clean. The apartment was spotless. Near the blue line for easy access to downtown. The stairs are very steep and narrow. Pack light or have someone able to carry up the stairs for you. The owners were great to work with. I would definitely stay again if traveling to Boston.

Accurate description found on the listing. Location to subway blue line is super convenient, neighborhood is "real" not touristy, access to unit is secured. The apartment is charming and clean with comfortable space for 5 adults. It's an old building and has its quirks like a narrow and steep staircase and tilted floors that heavy luggage will slide on, but it adds to the charm of the unit in the best way. The hosts are super hosts! Communicated easily and answered all questions we had. Check out was simple, no elaborate checklist. Boston was a great trip and a lovely town, thanks in part to this great little stay.I will book again when I return.

Great location, easy access to the city. Good communication from host. Only MINOR issue - the stairs getting up to the unit are very narrow and steep. So, if you have large heavy luggage, it is a bit difficult. Also, if you have any type of walking issues due to your feet or knees, it is slightly challenging. But overall, we were very happy with the unit and would come back again .

Great communication with good location and host very accommodating!.Stairs as expected- they are very narrow and steep with turns getting up to first floor and second so heads up for anyone with hip, knee, or climbing issues. Clean, quiet and everything we needed. Train station in next block very convenient. Only marked 4 stars as wished we had more pillows in each bedroom and shower upstairs very small.

Nice place to feel like you live in Boston. :)

The property was immaculate and the listing is accurate. Be sure to read about the narrow stairways. :) I parked my car in the Liverpool lot about .5 mile away. It worked really well since I left it there until we left Boston.It is close to restaurants and public transportation. It's a great location.

Great Weekend!

Boston can be expensive to eat out and stay. This VRBO was exactly what my family needed. We have 5 kids and my cousins lived in North but in a small apartment. This place has an awesome kitchen with plenty of stuff to make our meals. Big kitchen table with plenty of seating for everyone. It rained a bunch on the weekend and having access to laundry was also clutch.

Great location for getting around Boston on the T!

We were so close to the Maverick station on the T. 22 for the 7 day CharliePass. Sooo worth it. We rented a car for one day (from airport rental center, 1 T stop away) to go to Plymouth area. Otherwise got around great on the T. I wouldn’t have wanted to try to find parking in the area. The listing indicates the struggle a bit so believe it. Apartment is super clean and quirky. It worked great for us but any mobility issues would cause difficulty with uneven floors and stairs. The stairs are as described-narrow and add in a twist at the bottom of each along with small steps, you have to be careful. Things we loved: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry on main floor, cubbies for moving in for the week, location to T. Restaurants- Los Alebrijes Mexican restaurant, 7-11 around the corner for sundry items.Things we didn’t love: plastic mattress covers on 2 of three beds-think plastic shower curtain liner
this has been in reviews before so expected it was taken care of. Contacted host and they advised we could remove it after 1 poor night’s sleep. D’Parma restaurant-We did take out, didn’t touch the leftovers. Street isn’t particularly cute and trash along curb edges, some people hanging around doorsteps smoking and looking unkempt occasionally but no one bothered us, we felt pretty safe.Overall a good stay! We had slow mornings and got in late. Suited us well for 2 couples vacationing!

The only negative thing we encountered was aloud banging sound during the night. This happened 2 -3 times every night. We could not tell what it was, it sounded like it was coming from outside of the apartment.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway and other transportation options. However, upon arrival, the subway line was down due to an electrical issue, so we opted for Uber for the rest of our trip, which ended up working better for our plans. The space was quiet and perfect for relaxation after a long day. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the full kitchen, stocked with plenty of supplies, was very useful. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were always helpful and responsive. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and convenience stores within walking distance. We highly recommend La Sultana Bakery for a fantastic cafĂ© and bakery experience in the morning. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable and convenient

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It’s a very quick trip from the airport and easy to get to. We did find parking on the street for some of our stay and used the public parking for the rest. The house is comfortable with very nice appliances (full-sized washer and dryer were very appreciated). The stairs, as mentioned, were steep but we got the hang of them after a bit. We took advantage of the kitchen and living area a lot. Location is very convenient. Loved the very short walk to the T stop - went into Boston almost every day - and we had a nice Christmas stroll to Pier Park. As stated, there are shops, restaurants and banks right in the area. One of the best things about our stay was how easy it was to contact the hosts. We had one minor issue, texted the hosts and they took care of it immediately. They made sure we were taken care of, which was reassuring. We had a nice stay and are glad we stayed here.

Poor parking but great location

We loved the location and appreciated the proximity to the subway and airport. Unfortunately there is no designated parking and street parking on the weekends is very limited
 the closest street parking we could find was 2 1/2 blocks away (kind of a bummer with a family of 4 and lots of luggage). I really should have read the reviews in advance
 the stairs are narrow and steep so my teenager with a recent ACL replacement struggled slightly. The sloped floors would have been irritating for any engineer that stays here but we were grateful that the beds were arranged with the feet sloping down so it worked for us. Grocery shopping was only a15 minute walk away and we appreciated the extra waters left by the owner since water is heavy to carry. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. Overall we enjoyed our stay but

Location Location Location

This was an upcoming neighborhood. Lots of character. Transit close by and fast and easy. Very clean and rooms were big. Full sized kitchen well equipped Make sure you are OK with curving stairs. Very dark and you need to go slow. Lots of restaurants and services just a few steps away. I would go back.

Three Ladies in Bean Town

We had a super time in this apartment. One bedroom on middle floor with kitchen, dining, and living room. Two bedrooms are on top floor and face the street. We had no issues, but make sure everyone in your party can climb narrow, steep stairs. VERY clean! Shower on top floor is small; shower/tub combo on middle floor. Never seen keypads embedded within door knobs before. We LOVED it that we weren’t required to wash towels, start dishwasher, or strip beds. Much appreciated!!
