I'd love to welcome you to the charming neighborhood of East Boston where multi-cultural dining is steps away. If you’re flying into Logan International Airport, you’ll reach us in 10 minutes. If you don’t have a car, you’re in luck because the metro is a quick 7 minute walk (*no private/on site parking*). You can find almost anything you could need within walking distance! We’re equipped with ultra high-speed WIFI, WFH space, dimming lights, & coffee stock!

Long-term is also available

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Bedroom #1 has a queen-size Murphy bed. You may store the bed away and enjoy the open room as a private office space or for any other need.
Bedroom #2 has 2 convertible twin beds. You may use them as two separate twin-size beds or I can set it up as one king-size bed.
Bathroom is equipped with towels, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a first aid kit. Enjoy the spa-like feeling with dimmable lights and a large LED/defogging mirror.
The Media Room has two sofa chairs that turn into sleepers (please see pictures). Linens will be provided and plush mattress topper for added comfort.
Living Room has a couch with throw blankets and pillows. Entertainment includes a Projector, Bluetooth surround sound bar, books, and games.
Office Station includes a monitor, standard HDMI cable, mouse, and a Bluetooth HP printer (currently set up in the living room.) The desk is extremely lightweight and can be moved to a bedroom to convert into an office.
Full Kitchen equipped with cookware, plate ware, and utensils. We offer complimentary condiments and a coffee/tea station.

This was by far the cleanest property I have ever rented! This is a cute 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment. Everything is new, up to date, and very clean. My Mom & I truely enjoyed staying here! Our train came into Boston an hour earlier than check in time and we were able to get right in. The property owner lives upstairs. She was prompt at responding to my messages and questions. She was very friendly. She also has a very cute dog. There was a back yard area available, which was very convenient and private. The beds were comfortable. There are tvs in both bedrooms and a projector in the livingroom area. There is a full kitchen with all the necessities. The only suggestion I have, would be to hem the curtains in bith bedrooms so that they arent covering the heaters. I was slightly disappointed that we werent able to walk to TD Garden, but we were able to use uber very easily. There is a computer and printer available for use also. I would highly recommended staying in this rental.

The apartment was wonderful, warm and friendly. We travel with a stroke patient and ahe relaxed right in. Parking was stressful until I paid attention to the owners directions and used shophero.com. then a spot, and uber both ways. Worked!

Great house; convenient to Boston train

The house is super clean and well appointed. The house manager was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The few minute walk to the train was very helpful.

Loud neighbors above us and A/C unit not working


Nice area within walking distance of restaurants. A short Uber ride to historic downtown and the airport. Host is quick to respond and the listing matched the apartment. Front bedroom bed is a Murphy style and adequately comfortable. The A/C worked in that room, but didn’t cool the room properly, which was rough. The bed in the second bedroom is very thin and a memory foam mattress, not comfy. Biggest issue was the loud noise, voices and what sounded like moving furniture by the tenants in the apartment above us - both nights, and well past midnight - despite messaging the host on the first evening. This made for a restless couple of nights.

Cute but no parking

The apartment is a basement apartment so there is plenty of noise from upstairs. Since it’s an older building you even hear walking. It is also on a street that gets quite a bit of traffic. The listing says on site parking but that is only during day. Overnight parking is limited to residents only & will get you a nice parking ticket from the City of Boston as a welcome.

I have been hosting for two years now and it has been a great experience. I currently work as property manager for affordable housing in East Boston but I have worn many hats after serving in the Air Force for 6 years. What drew me into hospitality was when I worked as a flight attendant and spent many nights in hotels. Some better than others, however, it was never like having the amenities of a home. I chose to start this business so that I could provide fellow travelers alike, a comfortable stay with perks you sometimes can not get at hotels. Being an East Boston native is the cherry on top, because I got to start this business in my own neighborhood with beautiful parks, great restaurants, and a vibrant diverse culture.
