Starry Night: Dwntwn Bryan on Main St, 2nd Flr, King Bed

Historic downtown 2nd flr apartment just 4 doors down from the Queen Theater in Bryan. Stay in the middle of all the shopping/restaurants with easy access to all things Aggieland. This unit boasts 14' ceilings, original wood floors, the most comfortable King bed and a pull out sofa for guests 3 and 4. Walk out your door and choose from Mr G's or RX Pizza across the street or have your morning coffee at Village Coffee. You won't find a more fun/comfortable stay in BCS. Hosted by 10-time Superhosts.

Two sides of the building have public parking on both sides of the street.

Nightlife noises from businesses, restaurants, clubs, music venues etc.

There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)

Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.

Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.

There are train tracks that run through downtown Bryan. We provide sound/white noise machines and ear plugs for guests who are sound sensitive.

Perfect for our stay

Downtown Bryan was the perfect location to unwind after a long day of driving and helping our daughter move into her dorm at TAMU. The apartment is nostalgic and nicely furnished. It is surrounded by good restaurants as well. The hosts were responsive and getting into the unit was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Loft!

This property is smack dab in the middle of old downtown Bryan and it couldn't be more convenient. Very comfortable loft in a historic building! We'll book again next time we are in town!

Super cute

We had just my husband, myself, my 6yo son and 18mo daughter. We had a great time. The unit is right above the bar/grill below and it was still quiet, quaint and super comfy!

Downtown fun!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s downtown, close to shopping and entertainment, and has a great vibe. We agreed that it would be a fun place to live! The owner does a great job of covering everything needed in the apt. We will be returning!

Overnight Stay

The apartment was perfect. A friend and I stayed overnight to go to a concert at Palace Theatre. Great location and super clean. Property owner was very communicative. I did not know that downtown Bryan had so much to offer. I will definitely stay again.

Back in time

My wife was impressed with my choice on this property. She was immediately impressed when she walked through the door. The super high vaulted ceilings to the "old-timey" claw footed tub. Great Stay!

Adorable

The most adorable, quaint little spot downtown. It felt so original and historic in a way. My only complaint would be that the lightbulbs in the lamp in the bedroom were out so the bedroom lighting was nearly nonexistent lol. But other than that, the bathroom was so cute and the living space was perfect.

My wife and I both grew up in Bryan, Texas and both are graduates of Texas A&M, classes '89 & '90. After college, we married and I served in the Air Force while we raised our 5 children. Five years ago, we returned to our home town and started hosting guests in short term rentals. We have a heart for hospitality and would enjoy hosting you in this special property.

Downtown Bryan is a FUN place to stay while visiting Aggieland, with an abundance of restaurants, antique stores, and interesting things to do and see. It's also very convenient to everything in Bryan/College Station. This unit is a special place...right in the heart of downtown, just four doors down from the historic Queen Theater on Main Street. The historic structure contrasted with the modern decor create a cool vibe and the comfort of the king beds is top notch. The third bedroom is small...but a great place for kids or young adults to have their own space and make the unit suitable for up to 6 guests.
