The apartment is beautiful and extremely comfortable - the owner considered every detail to make our stay enjoyable and hassle free. The owner was also very responsive when we reached out. The location is also excellent - quiet and a quick walk to town. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Adirondack Winter Invitational Stay

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay while we were in Lake Placid. Excellent location to Main Street. Andrea was great with communication ahead of our trip and while we were there. She thought of every detail to include in her home to make our trip enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. You can't go wrong with staying here.

This apartment is a cozy oasis, very clean and well-appointed. The pictures are accurate, and we were still delighted by the spaciousness. We enjoyed walking to restaurants in the area - poutine and Indian food within 10 minutes - though our kitchen really does have everything we would need to cook a feast. Our host was responsive, but we really didn’t need to ask for anything.

Wonderful stay with all the amenities that one could want including full kitchen, bathtub with bath salts, large living room for lounging and puzzles and games and white noise machines to sleep soundly. Really easy access to hikes and to town and was glad we saved some time to just relax at the VRBO to truly enjoy it. Really close to the grocery store, Walgreens and a short walk to a peninsula hike. We were able to sit outside on the entrance patio for breakfast and while it wasn't a waterfront property, you could enjoy the sunrise above the lake beyond.

Beautiful!

My wife and I came here for a wonderful weekend getaway. The apartment was perfect. The decor is beautiful and everything is very tidy and clean. The apartment has everything you need. We were also welcomed with snowfall which made the ride even more enchanting. We will def stay here again. Thank you Andrea for being a wonderful host and thank you also for your hospitality.

Beautiful Place

Andrea was one of the most gracious accomodating hosts! Her place is centrally located to all you need in Lake Placid with parking. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous!Super clean!It was much larger than I anticipated. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Ty for the snacks and coffee. Andrea was very responsive and I hope to stay here again soon. Top notch all the way!

Excellent Experience from Booking to Check Out

Andrea was a delight to rent from. Her attention to detail was very impressive, from the booking to check out. This Lake Placid apartment is cozy and comfortable. Nice towels and linens, claw foot tub with bath salts and toiletries were very enjoyable. This apartment has a nice bedroom complete with sound machine, motion sensor lighting in the closet, battery operated candles, and electric fireplace. The kitchen was stocked with Keurig, coffee and other beverage pods, tea kettle, and toaster, plus the usual appliances. Pristine clean, too. A nice TV room plus side room for a little reading and meditation were appreciated. Thermostats in each room for keeping it just as you like it. Stackable washer and dryer allowed for lighter packing.

Great apartment in Lake Placid. Just a short walk to the Main Street and close to some great hiking trails. Really enjoyed our time at this location. Clean and spacious for relaxing after a long day. Highly recommend!
