Cozy two bedroom apartment in the heart of Lakeview. 15 min walk from Wrigley Field, less than a mile from Lake Michigan, and 20 min train ride to downtown and all attractions Chicago has to offer. Perfect space for a fun weekend in Windy City or a longer stay. Located stone's throw from numerous hip bars and restaurants, while also offering quiet neighborhood ambiance. Comfortably set up for four people stay, but sleeps up to six with pull out couch in the living room. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen. Spacious living room features dining area, pull out couch to accommodate two extra sleeping spaces and cozy electric fireplace. Fully stacked kitchen with new appliances and drip coffee machine. Spacious deck perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The property was just as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. They provided quick responses when we had a question. Loved the area with all of the close food and shops and within walking distance to Wrigley Field. Would definitely use this location again when we come back.

Great location for Wrigley Field

The stay is perfect for a small group! The location is also nicely within walking distance of Wrigley Field making it a very convenient location. Parking wasn't too bad either. The hosts are very quick to respond and helpful! And we loved the little amenities they left for us. Would recommend!

Great location

The property was an easy walk to Wrigley Field. The bedrooms were clean and there was plenty of space for an inflatable bed in living room area. The property owner was responsive and helpful.

Nice stay for a game at Wrigley

Me and some friends went with the Pirates in town and it was a great time. Parking was slightly difficult and overpopulated, but the area was incredibly friendly & clean.

Great Little Find

This was perfect for the concert we went to at Wrigley. Les than a mile from the stadium an easy to navigate. Great food less than a 2 minute walk and grocery stores within a short distance a well. Very clean an ha everything we needed. The street parking was a great bonus. Owners were very quick with communication for any questions or issues. If w come back to Chicago an need a place in this area, this will be my first request.

Great location for a Cubs game

Came up with friends to go to Wrigley. Great location. Tons of walkable restaurants and a quick walk to Wrigley! Nice neighborhood and house was exactly as described.

Great Holiday Stay

Visited Chicago for the first time with friends over new years and this location was fantastic. Within walking distance to many local shops and only a short drive to downtown. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

A great stay!

Such a beautiful space. In addition to being very clean and well-kept, the little touches were so nice! Board games, filled water pitcher in the fridge, ice, toiletries, extra towels, etc. Location was great, too, within walking distance of restaurants and train station. We had four adults stay in the unit. Our adult daughters opted to sleep one in the bedroom with the full bed and one on the pull-out couch and there was plenty of room for all. (Our queen bed was very comfortable.) A lot of space to lounge in down time, and a small patio was a nice spot for morning coffee. We drove to Chicago, so opted to use the parking permit passes ($10/night). If coming and going, parking can require a little patience, at least on weekend nights when we were there. Would 100% stay here again!
