Coastal bliss! An 8-minute walk to the neighborhood beach. A rocket launch right outside your door! Enjoy the 2 furnished patios, open-concept living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, Florida room, dedicated workspace, 2 SMART TVs, and high-speed internet (500Mbps+). Everything is provided for you - beach towels and chairs, a cooler, a beach cart, and an umbrella. Even an outdoor shower! There are 4 beach bikes, 2 kayaks, and a fully fenced backyard, as well as a washer and dryer. Enjoy!
The space
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It's very easy to walk or bike to the beach and there's a nice bike path nearby. The home has recently been remodeled and all the furniture is new. You'll find a king bed in the master, and queen beds in the 2 bedrooms. The beds are comfy and premium linens are provided. When you're not out exploring, the home offers lots of places to hang out and relax - a patio out back, another patio out front (with fun party lights!), an open-concept living room, and a Florida room with another seating area. You'll be impressed with the layout - guests say it seems much larger than its 1400 square feet. The backyard is fully fenced with plenty of space for your dog(s).
It's super easy to bike to local restaurants - the Port or downtown Cocoa Beach have lots of options. If you choose to stay in, you'll find a gas BBQ grill and a well-equipped kitchen - there's a blender, an air fryer, and even a commercial-grade mixer! Everything has been provided to make the most of your beach vacation!

You're very likely to experience a rocket launch during your visit. It's awesome to see one from the beach, but if you can't make it there in time, just step out back or front and look north!
You're also likely to see the neighborhood's resident peacocks. Walk to the Jetty from the beach and you'll likely see turtles and dolphins. Super fun!

Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This house seems bigger than it looks and it's easy to get to Port Canaveral, downtown Cocoa Beach, and the Orlando attractions. There's lots of space for everyone and it is so easy to walk or ride your bike to the beach. There's a really nice beach in the neighborhood - just an 8-minute walk. You'll easily see rocket launches from your front or back yard, and the resident peacocks are very special!
