Récemment construit et spacieux, téléviseurs dans chaque chambre, balcons, finitions en granit, 8 couchages

Deux nouvelles unités disponibles: Luna et Sol. Les deux unités sont près de 2000 pieds carrés et ont 3 chambres et 3 1/2 salles de bain avec chaque chambre ayant sa propre salle de bain privée. La suite principale dans les deux unités a une baignoire Kohler et douche à l'italienne. Toutes les chambres ont un balcon. Le duplex est à 1 pâté de maisons de la plage et à quelques pas de Dunkin Donuts, de l'épicerie Publix et des restaurants. La jetée est très proche et propose un bar, des restaurants et des magasins. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des comptoirs en granit, des plafonds de 10 pieds, beaucoup de lumière naturelle, des planchers joliment finis et des garages privés.

This property was even nicer than described! Very clean and furniture/beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes and I’ve never seen so many different pots and pans which was amazing! This location was convenient to everything! It was only maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach where we were able to see several rocket launches during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fun Spring Break Location

The property is in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. It's within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, putt-putt, grocery, etc. We never heard the tenants in the other side of the duplex and the street seemed quiet and low key. Greg was prompt and helpful throughout booking and the stay.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!

This place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Nice/convenient place

Nice location - waking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Would definitely consider this place again. Only reason to not give five stars was because neighbors across street were loud on Friday and Saturday night waking everyone in the house.

Perfect floor plan for a family

This was perfect for our family with 2 young children. There was plenty of room downstairs and a bathroom off each bedroom. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive all the time.

Excellent location and great space!

My family had an amazing time here! My daughter learned to surf and we really enjoyed the foosball table at the home. Publix, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. The pier is also amazing! Great house and stay!

Cocoa Beach Thanksgiving 2024

Property was excellent and in a great location. Communications with the owner were great. The only complaint was that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat and it got pretty cold in the house when the weather changed.

Thanks for the review. You should have texted or called me if you wanted the heat turned on. If its cold, I usually set the temperature at 70 which seems to be comfortable for guests. Keep in mind for next time. Thanks for staying at my place.

Fun Family Vacation

Very clean and spacious property! Super comfy beds! Great location for getting to the beach, grocery store and restaurants! The only downfall was the smell of the trash by the garage entrance from the restaurant next door!
