This beautifully decorated condo has a very spacious lanai (balcony) with million-dollar views of Waikiki Beach, Ala Wai Canal, Diamond Head, Coco Head, Makapuu, and the Koolau Mountain Range.
Relax from the 29th floor with 180° views as you drink your coffee, people watch, check out the surf, and enjoy the frequent rainbows in Manoa Valley.
The condo has a queen bed, a twin-sized futon, and a full-sized air mattress. We also have snorkeling and beach equipment for you to enjoy during your island vacation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from home, including a refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven, microwave, portable stove, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, and all cooking & dining utensils. Or if you prefer a night out in town, you can go to any restaurant within steps of this centrally-located condotel in the heart of Waikiki.
The communal laundry, pool, sauna, jet spa, gym, grills, and convenience store are all located on the 6th floor with a great breakfast restaurant on the 1st floor (Forty Niner Hawaii).
Although you’re a comfortable walking distance to everything in Waikiki, parking is available both in this popular vacation rental building and nearby. Please note there are very few free parking spots in Waikiki, so most street and garage parking is paid.

The Island Colony has a 24-hour front desk where you will check in. As your host, we will send your required contact information to the front desk for registration. We will contact you prior to your arrival and will be available during your stay.
Although all taxes and fees are included with your reservation, parking fees are not included. Guests may park in the adjacent parking garage in the Island Colony for $35/day (rates are subject to change). Additional paid parking is available throughout Waikiki.
Accessing the on-site gym requires you to pay a one-time payment of $5/person at the front desk for a gym pass. Your gym pass will be good throughout your entire stay.
