Brand New 2024 construction. Located centrally @ Base of Old Mission peninsula, this two bedroom condo has it all. Large windows and room along with a rooftop gathering space with 10 hot tubs! Walk East Bay beack, the TART trail, Civic Center, NMC college and many restaurants.
Two large bedrooms with king beds and an additional sleeper/sofa in living room. Two full bathrooms and laundry room within unit and fully stocked kitchen.

The host was accommodating by letting us into the condo early since we arrived early during a snowstorm. Wish there were more suggestions on what to do in the area. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and the heating element wasn’t working properly on the dryer. Wasn’t drying the clothes.

We loved our stay in this condo. The beds were super comfy and there were lots of warm cozy blankets on the beds for the colder nights. The location is just a quick drive to town which worked great for us. We used the roof top hot tubs every night. We would absolutely book again.

Condo was beautiful and immaculate. Michael and Dustine were wonderful hosts, providing many thoughtful, special touches, including great information about the area and a well stocked kitchen. Location was central, with easy access to parks, the bay and downtown. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo! I only gave it 4 stars because the king size bed I slept in had a few dips on either side, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable at times.Location is stellar and was close to all things downtown.

Rooms and arrangement of space was good. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient location. Liked being able to walk over to the waterfront streets, park. Door to unit difficult to open- had to enter code twice every time to open the door. Area directly surrounding the building seemed a bit seedy- people hanging around, felt a bit odd.

Great location to explore TC and attend the Cherry Fest

This was an ending to a trip for my wife and I to take my mother across Michigan and the timing was perfect. This location was ideal for accessing downtown and the region.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in the two bedroom condo. The two king size beds were extremely comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood close to all the Traverse City hangouts. Our host was extremely helpful when we contacted him. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Hot tubs on the roof!!!

The VRBO was beautiful, clean and located to everything. Even though it was a rainy weekend we had such a good time. We went shopping, thrifted, had great coffee and great food! The hot tubs on the roof were great! The neighborhood wasn't the greatest and we were a bit bummed we looked over the parking lot. Although once inside we did feel very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Base of the Old Mission peninsula is the perfect location to explore the TC area. Downtown TC is 3 miles to the west and the Horse Show By the Bay is only 8 miles to the east. Located less than a mile from the Civic Center, NMC and numerous restuarants and shops.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Brand new construction with an industrial design flavor. The condo has a rooftop deck with 10 hot tubs for use.
Condo is large, with high ceilings and gorgeous views out of its 4th story windows.
