Neil is such a wonderful and communicative host! The property is as described and was very clean upon check-in. We have stayed in Neil’s condo multiple times now and cannot recommend it enough!

We have stayed at this property for several years now and love it. The condo is nicely furnished and they have recently upgraded the kitchen. It feels like home and the pool and amenities are wonderful and nicely maintained.

The unit was in great condition, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Neil is very accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay! The pool is very nice also and has open views of the ocean. The only negatives for some may be that washer/dryer access is outside of the unit, and the master bath is small, but the positives here far outweigh this. We would definitely come back!

The condo is exactly as listed. Clean, spacious, well appointed and a great beachfront location. Easily the best beach condo we have ever stayed in and we would book again in a heartbeat.

Lovely stay on the no-drive beach of New Smyrna. Well equipped, spacious and clean 3 bedroom with a great view of the beach and ocean.Check in and check out were easy and directions were clear. We love this part of NSB away from the crowds!

Amazing vacation

We enjoyed everything about this vacation. The condo was very spacious, clean, and the view from the balcony is amazing. The pool temperature was perfect. Communication from Neil was great. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Great View!

This was our fifth year staying in this unit. The view is great and the beds are comfortable. Neil responds quickly and is easy to work with! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the couches. My family enjoys staying here. The location is great since it's on the on driving section of the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in New Symrna Beach. Condo was comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. The best was the proximity to the beach. Beautiful balcony views and sunrises.

Home away from home

From the moment we walked in until we left this spot was home to us. The decor, the amenities, the grounds - all just as we would have done if it was our own place. RuthAnn and David definitely know how to make you feel welcome.

Great Condo on the Beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of five! It was directly on the beach and had an amazing balcony. The condo had plenty of space for us and was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in as far as beach gear and cookware. It is located beside the landing for the elevator which was extremely convenient. Loved this place and would love to return in the future!
