Enjoy a remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex that sleeps up to 5 people walking distance from charming downtown Apex. The home features 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, & an extra long twin bed. It is 1.5 blocks from Salem Street which is exploding w/ restaurants, live music, boutiques, wine & beer tasting, bakeries, coffee and ice cream shops, arts, local train station, skate & sports parks, recreation areas, & walking trails, farmers markets & festivals a short walk away . We take pride in offering a very clean & comfortable stay for all our guests . This is a NO Smoking home. Any evidence of smoking in or around the property will result in a fine / charge added to an account. The home is "pet friendly" pending approval with an additional pet fee . Please add any pet details at the time of your booking request .

All I can say is immaculately clean everything was at your fingertips thought of an advance and very comfortable the location was perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Clean comfortable and the neighborhood and location to the downtown area couldn’t have been better. If we ever visit Apex NC again we’ll definitely stay here.

Great location for walking to downtown Apex. The third bed isn't really a bed, it's a trundle-type thing, which was a bit disappointing, but the actual beds were very comfortable.

Nice place to stay for small family, walkable to some dining. Fairly quiet street and neighbors. Clean and easy check in/out procedures. Definitely recommend if Apex area is your destination.

Weekend in the Raleigh area. Location was great - easy walk to downtown Apex - house was very clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

The area is very quaint and it is considered a social community, so you are able to grab a drink and walk and shop. They have concerts throughout the month. It is a very cute community.

I absolutely love Charming Downtown Historic Apex . I love the idea of feeling comfortable strolling around the neighborhood, looking at the variety of charming homes , strolling into the shops, breweries , boutiques , restaurants, wine bars, bakeries etc. Not to mention ....the easy access to many festivals & activities that Salem street has to offer that are just around the corner from the home.
