Center Street Retreat - One Block from Downtown Apex

This BEAUTIFUL 3-bedroom property is newly renovated and JUST STEPS from local shops, restaurants, and other downtown attractions. Enjoy a 5-minute walk to Common Grounds Coffee, Apex Outfitters, Peak of the Vine wine bar, or The Peak on Salem plus more!

The stylish home boasts three bedrooms with both king and queen-sized beds, 44" SMART TVs, a full-sized washer /dryer, and a dedicated workspace!

It's decorated with modern farmhouse decor with each bedroom having its own unique style.

The guests have the entire house to themselves. There are no neighbors on either side so the house is very private!

Additionally, we cater to families with children, the space is all one level and includes a pack and play on site for those families traveling with little ones. It is stored in the king bedroom closet for ease of access.

This is a cute and pet friendly house. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. The host allowed us to hold a small family brunch, which I requested in advance and she was very gracious about.We felt this was our home away from home, which was really important over the Christmas holiday.

The host was very pleasant and responsive. The location is fabulous for walking into downtown Apex. The property would benefit from sprucing up the exterior. Plenty of parking.Safe atmosphere. Well stocked with supplies and such.

Quant home near the heart of Apex. Great restaurants, breweries, and shoppes. Home had good stock of supplies. The owner communicated very well and did note the people staying before us left the home a wreck and they did their best; however the home was not very clean upon checking in. There was substantial dust under the beds, hairs in shower and bathroom. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Lovely Downtown Apex Cottage!

Loved our stay at this property! It was very clean, easy to find, and in a great location. The host is very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!! Note for dog owners: fence is not attached to home, so we leashed our dogs to get them to the gate. No big deal.

Cute house, great location

I needed a small place to stay, close to my work in RTP. In lieu of a hotel, I wanted a "home away from home", someplace comfortable. I walked the neighborhood every morning and walked to dinner with friends on Salem Street several evenings. Groceries and Costco are nearby. The house was well appointed, and had everything I needed (including great WIFI). The only downside is that it's on a busy street corner with a traffic light. Despite this, I'd stay here again on my next work trip.

Really great stay. VERY CLEAN. Great size and amenities. Perfect for us and our trip. ONLY item to note is 2 of the beds we did not find to be super comfortable for our preferences.

Weekend getaway

Absolutely love this place! It felt very cozy and comfortable. We came into town for a festival and had a great time staying here. It was 6 of us and we fit perfectly. They have good restaurants walking distance and although it is on a street corner you still felt the privacy.

Great house!

House w character and style, very clean, good mattresses and awesome location for proximity to historic areas. We did not realize it would be on a busy corner, in front of a stoplight. Good news is, the house is so well made we didnt hear much street noise and the parking is on site so it wasn’t a big deal. Great getaway to see a concert or do business without the big city hustle.
