Its a very quiet development.Palmas del Mar is a complete develoment.There a more than 3000 acres.We have schools , bank,restaurants,beach,yacht club,golf courses,hotels,tennis complex,walking trail,forest,bycicle trails,fishing,lakes,etc.When you stay here,its more than just a room,its a house with outside space for activities.

We’ve stayed at this property twice now, and it was just as fantastic the second time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need, incredibly comfortable, safe, and spotless. It’s also in a great location within Palmas, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. With so many thoughtful amenities, it’s perfect for families or groups. This has truly become our go-to spot whenever we visit the area.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The pictures on VRBO accurately represented the interior. The outdoor seating area was very nice and proximity to the pool was great. Having a washer and dryer, pool towels provided was so helpful. The showers were a bit dated and the refrigerator didn’t seem to seal all the way. Overall a 4.5 star, however, could only select 4 or 5, so went with a 4 star.

A Lovely Stay

The property was perfect for our trip! It had all the amenities we needed and was easy to locate. Communication with the host was wonderful and they made sure we had all the information we needed prior to arrival. Parking was easy and we felt very safe the entire stay. Everything was clean and comfortable - we really had a wonderful time! Would stay here again!

The property was supposed to include a double futon which was listed but guess what no double futon. The double sofa might fit 2 littĺe kids but only one teen. So to make a long story short the host reached out to me after I got in touch with VRBO and told me he never had a double futon. So there was 6 of us but one was my Mother in law and she was forced to stay with family

Sorry for the things you didn’t like that I can’t resolve.The parking is very near, about 3 min walk.I don’t have nothing to do with the beach.Inbthe description it tells there’s no cable .You have a chrome system that you can watch anything you have in your phone.The pool key was inside the apartment if you asked for it I’ll tell you whew it was.Sorry for what you tell it wasn’t good but is not in my hands.

Family vacation

Very clean, well equipped beautiful property. The only issues I found was how much I had to walk from the parking lot to get to it, you need a key to enter a pool and that there is no cable tv. Also the beach is this area of the island is dangerous. Thanks for everything.

Stop searching, this is the one!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property has several little details that make you feel welcome and comfortable; Good beds, just what we need after a long day at beach, A lot of accessories (like beach chairs, game boards, shampoo, washer - dryer and detergent... just to name a few) The neighborhood is upscale and gated with plenty of security. The only small problem we had, was controlling the hot-cold water mix in the shower of the secondary bathroom, nothing too complicated or bad. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Overall a great experience. If we come back to the island, we will rent this property again.

Cristian, thanks for the good review of my property. To repair the problem with the water we brought a plumber.The problem is fixed now, is was a damage cartridge that control the hot and cold water. The cost was only $50.00 dollars . You were a good guest and are welcome again to stay at my property.Blessings. Ruben
