Lakefront home. MAJOR RENOVATIONS 2024
Brand new decking, kitchen, vaulted ceiling, water front home with 180’ of water front views! New HVAC. New appliances. Like a brand new home.
Huge dock with Swim dock and one available slip bring your boat or rent ours. Available slip is 10’ wide by 24’ deep. Clearance is low so make sure Bimini or canopy is down.
Four-bedroom home great for a group of 8 to 10.
Can sleep up to 12 including children. *additional charges for groups larger than 8*
Main floor has living room open concept kitchen for bathroom and master bedroom with king.
Also has washer and dryer on main floor.
Water views from every window on backside of Home.
Deck overlooking water
Upstairs private, two bedrooms, and one bathroom full bathroom shower.
Basement rec room has recreational area with a pull out couch queen and an additional queen bed and 2 twin beds.
Great for kids or overflow group.

Home is lakefront which means you have to go down to the home which sits directly on the water.
There is access to the home with a long winding driveway.
It does require some walking down to the house.
Parking for up to four vehicles.
For vehicles of standard or compact size 3 vehicles if SUVs or trucks.
Cellular service is not great on the water. We have strong WiFi!
But we do have a high-speed Internet in the home for attaching your cell phones or watching television.

Enjoy the oversized large private Cove that is great for swimming.
Typically has a depth of 26 feet.
Swim ladder, some water, toys and lily pad are provided with your rental.
You may be able to bring your own boat please inquire before booking for additional information.
Choosing this home is a great way to experience Lake Of The ozarks in a personal direct way.
It’ll be like going to your own Lakehouse! Comfortable directly on the water great fishing, quiet, atmosphere, fire pit, great views night sky sparkles with stars.

The slept our entire family of 8 comfortably, the parking is a little tricky but the host explains it well and we made it work. The private dock and quiet cove was enjoyed by all. Having a boat launch close the house was an added benefit as well. We enjoyed the location on MM44, it is definately a lot quieter and more to our liking than being at the lower mile markers.

Home was in a great location on the water with plently of room and great amenities including pet friendly. Owners were easy to work with and very accommodating.

Perfect quiet area for the family and kids .

We enjoyed the area about 20 minutes or less to restaurants. The home had everything we needed. Checkin was super easy. Would definitely come back.

Overall, we enjoyed the location and having a boat dock and the spaciousness of the house. However, the driveway is extremely steep so parking was a mess. The driveway is definitely not safe. The cleanliness of the house was pretty bad. Looks like they haven’t dusted in a long time. Spiderwebs and insects everywhere. The main floor bedroom had hardly anywhere to store clothing as drawers were filled and also a chunk of hair was just sitting on a shelf. The basement was musty and smelled weird. The steps to go upstairs are unsafe as there’s no guard rails. We were there at a chillier time, fireplace doesn’t work. We did enjoy being able to have a fire at night outside. The beds are not very comfortable. We just felt overall like the place was unclean. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was fine overall.

A good place to stay right on the lake

This property made for a great weekend getaway to the lake. We especially loved the water Lilly so we could all hang out in the lake and at the dock. We also had the option to rent their boat at a very reasonable cost, which was awesome, but unfortunately there was some mechanical setbacks that we weren’t able to for our stay. My only complaint is that we were not given check in instructions until about noon the day we checked in, and we were unaware that only a single trash bag, paper towel roll, and one toilet paper roll per room would be available, and we were not prepared to bring those items and had to buy them down there. There was also instructions to wash all the towels, but no washing detergent was supplied.

Great location, but would not book again. Positives: cove location, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Negatives: grounds were covered with weeds and trash, home was not very clean (mold in the shower, building materials strewn about) and the dock was in disrepair. The hill to the house is very very steep with no steps, so avoid if there are any mobility issues. Be aware, the downstairs area is not on the main house HVAC and was very hot and humid even with the window unit and dehumidifier going. Host communication was very poor. No entry code to the home was provided before arrival. Even after messaging via the VRBO app, direct text to the host and call to the host no access code was sent for over half an hour. In addition, no wifi information was sent (password did not match info provided). Again, no answer (or sent same docs with wrong info) via VRBO message, direct text message or phone call. Took over 7 hours to get usable information from the host. All in all, would not book again.

We had a wonderful vacation and it was awesome to be able to rent the boat. Kitchen, dining area were fine. New decking above. There was garbage all over the property. The boat dock is in terrible shape making it worrisome when grandkids were playing. How this property is listed as sleeping twelve is crazy. One mattress on floor in basement. Three others like cots. Pull out bed terribly uncomfortable. No curtains on windows in basement and a window you can’t fully shut as they have an air system propped thru window to keep up with the house. I would not allow grandchildren to sleep down there. No one should. Two cot like beds in upstairs bedroom that squeaked to the point I threw a twin mattress on the floor and gave my daughter and family the king bed and my two teen grandchildren the queen. Comfortable sleeping I’d say 4. Had to tell my elderly parents they couldn’t come due to sleeping situation and driveway they wouldn’t have made it up and down. We barely did. Dust and cobwebs on vents fans and light fixtures. Kitchen area clean. Bre was fine to work with. Check in fine. This house is a house in progress with potential, but should be listed for what it is at this time. We planned this vacation for several months and to have to not let family come that had planned to a disappointment.

Long family weekend

The neighborhood was great, quiet, and just what we were hoping for. The check-in process was more detailed and cumbersome than other VRBO properties we have rented. The owner required additional personal information after the reservation was confirmed, which was concerning. Also a long list of requirements--what we could bring, documenting anything that was damaged, etc. It didn't appear the housekeeping service documented or addressed issues between stays. There was a pile of trash at the driveway from the last renters. The walk from the street to the house was steep, uneven, and would be inaccessible for people with mobility issues. The lower level had a portable AC unit, and the hose disconnected during the night, waking up people in the room. The float for the lake had a large tear down the middle. There was poison ivy growing between the steps leading to the dock. The house itself was fine, but there are many other options in the area that would be better choices for a future stay.

Things we wish we knew...

While there were some nice aspects of our stay - comfortable bed, easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, most needed items available at the home, family pets allowed - there were many aspects that didn't thrill us. We did not consider the home to be clean. The floors were very dirty, bugs/insects/ants in many places throughout the home. Flooring and grout were falling apart (dangerous for our crawling infant). There were many safety hazards throughout the home (uneven flooring/stairs, uncovered electrical outlets, loose wire piles, etc.). Had we not brought a 4-Wheel drive truck, we would have been stuck on the parking pad. The hill down to the house is VERY steep. The stairs walking down from the parking pad were closed off due to damage, so we had to walk up and down the steep, uneven/unrailed driveway. We were also disappointed when we had to cut our trip short and leave a night early. The county had a power outage, which unfortunately affected us. There were many reasons we needed power (due to our infant, among other things). We debated staying, but the power was out for hours, through sunset. We were unable to find any lanterns or natural light source in the home (no generator), so did not feel safe staying in the home in the dark, due to the safety hazards we encountered while there. While the outage was not the hosts fault, we were not offered any sort of compensation - due to the power returning after we left. Our final messages were not returned and acknowledged.

Home is lake front. requires steep inclines to get on water front county did cut power for 2 hours (we dont know why) guest used as reason to leave early but power was fully restored we reply with in minutes of texts but im sure having an infant time moves too fast and was frustrating when looking for immediate responses
