Great place

The house was clean , comfortable and the area was quiet. The host was great with making accommodations for a late check out as my son’s soccer game was moved to a later time . Would stay again when I visit San Antonio again. Thank You

Great family stay

Roomy yet cozy property with everything we needed for a family stay in San Antonio. Convenient location, super large tv in family room plus tvs in each bedroom. Great showers. Excellent and quick communication with managers. Would love to come back. Highly recommended!

My family, and i had a great time. Felt like home! The beds were very comfortable, and the back yard patio was amazing! That was my favorite place to hang out! Checking in was different due to the fact ive never stayed in a Vrbo of bnb.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful inside. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The only thing missing was cups or glasses - there were only coffee mugs.

Good location house won out need some repairs

The house is in a quiet street no traffic ese acces to highways 35 and 1604 it has been improved but needs more work on it to look as the pictures show it. Some things missing in the kitchen like silverware and the mattress a little bit too soft. Everything works well in the house

Dirty

The house was dirty, lots of dog hair everywhere, showers are broken, needs lots of repairs. Plus i had an unpleasant visit of the cleaning lady, she showed up and entered the property without even knocking. What a shame.

Place was dirty and run down looking. Beds not made. Glass falling out back door. Hole in bathroom ceiling. Dishes in sink. I have pictures of all if needed.

Family trip

Overall the house is nicely done. There are some things that neec attention. I did message the owner about them, so far i have not had any response. The back door is extremely hard to open and close. The toilet seats are barely attached. There was a very strong odor coming from the refrigerator, although it was clean. Other than those things we had a good stay.

Bad experience

Terrible experience. Host cancelled on us 10 minutes before our check in time. I still have not received my refund. I will not use Vrbo again.

If i could only attach pictures. First off the description correct but nothing worked. 3 large tv, yes didn't not work due to no internet. Grill did not work, no gas for the grill. Water dispenser , 3 empty water jugs. Plus a broken back door a giant crack in the bathroom ceiling

Horrible experience

Never got in. Never received check in information... Had to go and find a hotel with 2 rooms for 2 nights after already paying to rent this house. Was horrible after driving 8 hours and then cant get in the house. Noone ever answered numerous calls

Not a good place

Property location was good for us. The yard needed mowed, and the front porch was covered with dead bugs. Inside the house, the peel and stick floor tiles were warped in several spots. The ceiling in the master bath was broken/cracked. It looked like it would cave in at any time. The internet did not work. We reported it right away, but it was never fixed. The master shower barely got luke warm. My wife had to shower in the main bath to have hot water. The front door lock stopped working. They did get out and fix that. Even though the location was good, I would not stay jere again.
