You will appreciate the easy access to everything trendy in the city. We offer private gated parking and a large, covered deck with privacy fence. Can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. Want to bring your furry friend? Not a problem, we are pet friendly at this location. There will be loads of fun with the pool table, foosball table and popular games.

Property very clean. Convenient location to multiple areas of the city. 4 bedrooms were great for a group of friends with 2 areas to gather besides the table. Excellent communication with nearly immediate replies. Would consider returning to this place.

Great place to stay!!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house is so nice and spacious! Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip. Brandon is a great host. His customer service is definitely second to none. He made our stay very comfortable.

Great place and the best host!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was decorated beautifully, and we really enjoyed all the games and outside area. Brandon was wonderful! He was very responsive and helped with all of our questions.

The host was welcoming and the house was nicely set up. Beautiful and comfortable furniture and beds. The host failed to inform us that the house was not fully heated which was a problem when the temps dropped to the 20’s. Several rooms were heated(the upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom did not have heat. Nor any of the common areas. There is a wall heater added in the living/entrance area but it is not big enough to heat the area. We were freezing. The gaming area is very nice and would be wonderful for a friend weekend get together. The area seemed sketchy( across from a boarded up abandoned house and behind a fast liquor store/bar called Wild Bills. Not sure the business on the corner right next to the house but it seemed also abandoned. A high crime area but we had no problems and the nearby tenants were friendly. The parking is really difficult behind the gate. It did fit 3 vehicles all SUV style (a CRV, a RX350 and a grand highlander) but any bigger vehicle or person would not be able to get out when driving into the driveway. We didn’t leave our vehicles out of the locked gate at night but had no problems during the day. The hot water heater was amazingly good and never ran out of hot water. If you bring a dog there is no back yard to potty only front. The house had plug-in air fresheners throughout which was too much for our allergies and breathing so we had to go around and find/unplug.

Gorgeous Home

We loved staying here! Brandon is an excellent host and this rental perfectly suited our needs. We were very comfortable, and we loved the beautiful, modern decor. The house is clean, well-equipped, and the location is convenient to all the places we visited during our stay in Memphis. Highly recommended!

Great reunion trip in memphis

Property is nicely finished with private parking. It is a short uber ride to all memphis has to offer. Great outdoor space to catch up with old friends. Host was great to deal with and check in and check out were as easy as ithey could be. Cheers

Midtown Retreat

The house is newly renovated and decorated really well. This would be a great place for young adults as it has a great patio with outdoor games
a fun vibe. It is in an older neighborhood but has security cameras and private parking.

Graceland Getaway

This is a great property for Memphis. We were very close to Beale Street, Peabody Hotel and Graceland. The inside of the house is very well decorated. The back outdoor area is perfect for hanging out during the day and evening. The driveway gate provides security that your vehicles are secure. We had a great girls trip!!

Memphis trip

Everything was just as stated and very clean. Only small possible issue is the driveway/gate can be tight to get SUVs into but once you get the car in there are no issues. Brandon is also very friendly and helpful if there are any issues. Highly recommend!

Very pretty nice very chilly

I understand the folks that stayed before us was very pleased with weather of 60’s but as my 3 friends and I rolled in around 5 pm to the pretty place that was 53 degrees seems like for 2 full days couldn’t get the place warmed up . When using the many heaters on hand the breaker kept flipping off . After multiple visits host did drop off nice new kerosene heater and new K cup maker .

Memphis Vacation

The property was in beautiful shape and extremely well maintained. The host was extremely easy to contact and he responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The neighborhood appeared a little sketchy at first but upon closer examination it looked like most of the houses in the neighborhood are being renovated. I imagine that within a couple of years this will be an up and coming neighborhood. I would certainly stay there again.

Sun in Memphis

Our band came to participate in the International Blues Challenge in Memohis, and we were able to stay in a clean, modern, comfortable and secure environment. We had our separate rooms, and there was a large kitchen, a dining area, and 2 living areas, as well as the game area and a back deck that was a common area used by us. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice, communicative, and accommodating. We had privacy inside and out, parking was also good.

100% disappointed! I booked this property with high hopes, especially after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. I was only in the property for about 20 minutes before an emergency required us to leave immediately. I contacted the host right away but received no response. I then reached out to VRBO, who informed me that the host could issue a refund. After that, the host stopped communicating with me entirely, responding only once to tell me to speak with VRBO—offering no help and no willingness to discuss the situation. The listing also provides no clear cancellation policy anywhere, which only added to the frustration. On top of this, the environment did not feel safe. Several aspects of the property and the surrounding area made me uncomfortable, including multiple boarded-up businesses and homes next door and across the street. This was not reflected in the listing. I tried to be more than reasonable. I offered to pay the cleaning fee and even one night’s stay, despite only being there briefly, but the host refused to provide any reimbursement. Their communication completely changed the moment I needed assistance—they became unresponsive, dismissive, and offered no meaningful help. Given how little time I spent there, my willingness to cover costs, and the lack of transparency or cooperation from the host, this was extremely disappointing. The experience made the earlier positive reviews and assurances feel completely misleading.

Great house to stay at!

This was a really nice renovated home in an established neighborhood seeing a revitalization. The house was decently appointed, would have been helpful to have nightstands in each bedroom and either a dresser or suitcase valet to keep luggage off the floor but not deal breakers. Having 2 living areas, tvs in each bedroom and a game room inside as well as outside made the trip very lovely. We were able to enjoy a couple days out and then a couple just relaxing at the house. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and the only real downside was the 8am diesel wake-up call from the business next door but once they headed out it was all quiet again. It was very clean and evident they take very good care of the place, had plenty of towels for the whole stay. Brandon was also excellent at communicating with us for anything. Never more than a few minutes to get an answer for any question. Loved having a nice little sign showing the check-in/out procedures as well as connecting to WIFI. That was also very nice, easy to connect and no issues with connectivity. Would definitely stay here or another of Brandon's properties in the future when we return to revisit the Memphis Zoo.
