This luxurious house is perfect for any person or group - Minutes from downtown Memphis. Enjoy the space of these 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will appreciate the easy access to everything trendy in the city. We offer private gated parking and a large, covered deck with privacy fence. Can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. Want to bring your furry friend? Not a problem, we are pet friendly at this location. There will be loads of fun with the pool table, foosball table and popular games.

This home was not what I expected at all. This home is not is the greatest of neighborhoods. The house must have had guests that smoked weed before our stay. I was not expecting to have small ac units in each room but thankfully it was cool enough to sleep.

The property is located in an area where I would never go or spend the night. Right across the street properties are boarded up. I was able to park my car behind a locked gate, but I don’t want to stay in an area where that needs to be done.I was waked up in the early hours by patrons of a club leaving. There were artificial scents in every room, which a lot of people do not tolerate. Myself being one as well as my other friends. The property photographs well, and it looks true to the photos. I don’t like saying negative things, but I believe I need to.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house is so nice and spacious! Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip. Brandon is a great host. His customer service is definitely second to none. He made our stay very comfortable.

We loved staying here! Brandon is an excellent host and this rental perfectly suited our needs. We were very comfortable, and we loved the beautiful, modern decor.
