Our beautifully renovated vacation home with new furnishings is waiting for your next ski trip or getaway to the mountains in Eagle-Vail, a quiet residential neighborhood just 2.5 miles from Avon, 2.5 miles from Beaver Creek ski resort parking, and 7 miles from Vail ski resort parking. The ECO bus stop providing service to Beaver Creek and Vail is about a 10 minute walk. The Eagle-Vail public golf course runs through the neighborhood and is converted into a Nordic ski and snowshoeing trail in the winter. Nearby summertime activities include white-water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding.
Our half duplex residence was completely remodeled inside and out in 2019 and has numerous upgrades including forced air furnace, central air conditioning (very rare), plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen, Peloton bike*, new 77" OLED TV in living room and new smart TVs in each bedroom with streaming*, gas fireplace, tankless water heater, washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, and electric radiant in-floor bathroom heating. We decorated the entire house with new furnishings in 2022.
You will enjoy the white oak engineered wood floors, ample natural light, waterfall quartz countertops, LED lights, USB outlets, and solid wood doors throughout. We also have an entire house water filtration system with an impressive kitchen sink filtration system using reverse osmosis. And to relax at the end of the day, there is a brand new 2022 Bullfrog hot tub on the back deck with views of the mountains. You can also make dinner on our propane grill and relax on our new patio furniture.
The house layout is perfect for a family or group of friends. We have dining room seating for 6-8 with 4 barstools at the counter. The living room has ample seating around a cozy gas fireplace and an amazing 77" OLED TV. We have comfortable chairs that are perfect for reading in a nook looking out the front window and a sofa table with 3 stools. The mud room has the washer/dryer and the guest half bathroom has a bidet and drop-down table for folding clothes.
We can accommodate sleeping upstairs for up to 8:
1. Master bedroom - King bed with 12" new Casper memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, ensuite full bathroom with bidet, 65" smart TV*, humidifier
2. Guest bedroom 1 - Queen Murphy bed (can be raised if you don't need it) with 12" new Casper memory foam mattress, stand-up desk with stool, 55" smart TV*, humidifier
3. Guest bedroom 2 - Queen bed with 12" new Casper memory foam mattress, 55" smart TV*, humidifier
4. Landing with views of the mountains - Futon sofabed, Peloton bike*
We love our house in Eagle-Vail and we hope you choose to stay with us. We require renters to sign a rental agreement which you will see during checkout. Quiet hours after 9 PM (our neighbors work).
