Welcome to Pasture to Paradise #126, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, with amenities galore! Private Saltwater Pool and Outdoor Tiki Bar, Tesla charger in the carport, 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets, 5 bikes (2 adult, 3 kid sizes) with 3 helmets, a plethora of games to entertain, many baby items for your smallest family member, and dog friendly! An additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
Immerse yourself in the beauty and breathtaking serenity of coastal North Carolina. Just built in early 2023, this home is expertly decorated and appointed to reflect the utmost in coastal charm and refinement, you will have everything you need and more for a memorable beach vacation. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, this home offers sprawling outdoor deck space with beautiful ocean views and is the perfect spot to relax and entertain family and friends. There are a total of 6 spacious decks, one off of each level of the house that offer several seats where you can sit and enjoy a bird's eye view of the unspoiled coastline for miles. A public kayak launch is about a 1/2 mile away (10-15 minute walk). Renters will need to transport kayaks to and from launch with a cart (provided) or with a vehicle.
With a total of 4 bedrooms plus one additional private sleeping space and 3.5 baths, this home has more than enough space to accommodate 12 people. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has two sets of twin bunks, a TV, and deck access. The bunk room shares a bathroom with the second bedroom, which has a queen sized bed, TV and deck access. The third bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and deck access.
The main living area is located on the second floor where guests can enjoy the open-concept gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked including crock pot, seafood boil pots, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and so much more! There is seating for four at the breakfast bar as well as an additional 12 at the dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large TV for enjoying family movie nights or catching your favorite sports team.
The master suite is located on the top floor and features a king sized bed, TV, private deck and ensuite bathroom with relaxing soaker tub. The master suite is also equipped with an office desk with dual monitors, keyboard and mouse with connection hub for anyone who needs to sneak away to a quiet place for the occasional work call or email. An additional private sleeping space with a twin bunk bed is also located on this top floor adjacent to the master suite.
Pasture to Paradise offers an outdoor shower and an elevator. High speed internet and smart TVs are provided in 5 of the rooms. A pack and play, 2 baby gates, and high chair are available for the guests' use. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at this home with an additional fee of $300 per dog. Dogs must weigh 50 lbs or less.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. A linen package is included with your stay. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made.
The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October, as long as the outdoor temperate is at least 60 degrees. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.
Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
If guests need more space, this property can be rented with it's Sister Property just next door - Field of Dreams #177!
