Private, Quiet 2BD 1BA Queen Anne Guest Suite!

This garden level apartment is cozy and quiet, while walkable to some of Seattle's best shops and restaurants, and centrally located to the city.

Located in Seattle's most charming neighborhood, Queen Anne. Walk a block up the street to your morning coffee or happy hour. The neighborhood has some of Seattle's most respected restaurants including Canlis, Eden Hill, and How to Cook a Wolf. Very safe neighborhood at night and free parking in front.

While centrally located, you'll feel far away from the city at night.

There is a kitchenette only, no full kitchen. Amenities include a mini-fridge w/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dish tray, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, cookware, and a two-burner hot plate.

I can provide clean dishes during your stay and wash them in my own upstairs unit as needed.

Note that stairs are required for entering and exiting the property.

Zach was very helpful both with finding our way to the property as well as with local recommendations. And the location was great, so close to downtown Queen Anne with great shops and restaurants.

Plants!!! Wonderfully soft bedding. Quiet area close to downtown Seattle and the tourist district. Little shops in Queen Anne accessible by a short walk through town. Clean, comfortable, and cute unit. Home away from home.

Fabulous week

Perfect location in blooming Queen Anne neighborhood! Easy stroll to eateries, shops, or flower gazing. The cute apartment is exactly as described, and host Zack is onsite and responsive.

Weekend visit

Came in late Friday and left on Monday morn. Location super. Short walk to great bakeries for breakfast - Hagen and Moonrise (I think). Our son and daughter live in Seattle so this was easy to get back and forth. Place was neat and clean. Place worked great for us. Zack cleaned the coffee pot and coffee cups each day. We will be back.T&N

A nice place centrally located

We enjoyed the location it was walking distance to many bars and restaurants and the couple that owned the place were friendly and accommodating. We will be back next time we hit a show in Seattle.

Comfortable and Clean

My 15 year old daughter and I spent just 2 nights here while we explored ALL Seattle has to offer. It was exactly what we needed at the end of long days of adventure. Beds are very comfortable with cozy bedding. The space is small but perfect for two people as a place to shower, decompress and sleep. There is a small mini bar type fridge which was perfect for keeping our breakfast items. Coffee and coffee maker provided as well which was nice. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Zack lives upstairs and was great with communication and recommendations. Very responsive to our needs and going above and beyond before we even arrived.

Great communication and location

2 friends and I stayed here for a night during our short trip around Seattle. Zack was extremely responsive, very accommodating, and overall a great communicator. He also gave nice recommendations for food and activities around Seattle which was much appreciated. The rental itself was clean, well decorated, and perfect for 3 people. One of the biggest draws to this specific rental was the location which showcased the quirky Seattle atmosphere quite beautifully and offered very walkable and gorgeous viewpoints of Seattle.

Clean, quiet and cute

Very well stocked with necessities. Comfortable beds and bedding. Extremely clean with appealing decor. Quiet neighborhood and very minimal outside noise. Uber to Climate Pledge was Approx 5 minutes. The space heaters were helpful as were the white noise machines in each bedroom. I would definitely stay again and recommend to 2 friends traveling together or 2 couples.

Nice location for a short stay

The communication and checkin process was easy. The location of the property was within walking distance to local breakfast and dinner bars. You could also walk north, across the water, to Fremont and experience several eateries and bars (which is what we did!!!) Great price to be "Sleepless in Seattle"

Great location

This is a great location. Close to lots of cute shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the place is clean. The downside is you are below the owner and can hear everything upstairs. He kindly turned down his tv when we asked, but we could hear him walking around late into the night. If you just need a place to sleep in a good location, this is perfect. If you want a place to prep food, hang out and spend time, I’d look for something different.

This place was a short walk from several restaurants and coffee shops. Communication was great with the host. Was a perfect place to stay for the two days we had in Seattle prior to our cruise!

Amazing location

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. I can’t express my happiness over the location! A clean & beautiful neighborhood. We Uber’d to the space needle and took the monorail downtown where we were able to do everything we wanted to do. The property was very clean and perfect for 2 couples.
