My granddaughter and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was clean and having the pond behind the hotel was nice. It is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy check-in. We had to interact with the front desk a few times and were always taken care of. Being able to bring our fur babies was just icing on the cake.

Great weekend

My husband and I had a great stay. When booking it didn't say it was a hotel, so when I got the confirmation I was a little upset, but once we arrived everything was great! Very easy check-in, friendly staff, very clean and wonderful amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

The Vrbo posting was for the Sonesta Simply Suites in Hampton, an extended stay hotel. LOVES: - Friendly, promptly attentive, and very accommodating staff. - A fully equipped kitchen in the suite, free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour gym, and free washer/dryer usage. - Pet friendly (75 for up to 7 days and not per day like most other hotels). - The cleanliness and quiet atmosphere with a no smoking policy.- The water pressure in the shower.- The free parking.- The nearby 3 mile Matteson trail surrounding a golf course.- The location! It was tucked away in a private area and close to Hampton's hotspots (Hampton Convention Center, Hampton Coliseum, Town Center, Hospital, Community College...etc).DISLIKES:- Appliances, TV, and bathroom could be modernized. All were functional, but they were old fashioned and had a lot of wear and tear.BEWARE OF VRBO OVERCHARGING:- Vrbo did not disclose the name of the hotel on the posting which resulting in us overpaying as the hotel itself and the other websites were less. Had we known the hotel, we never would have booked via Vrbo.

Girls trip

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights at this property. It is part of Sonesta Suites so please be aware this is a hotel room. Friendly staff, easy check in, quiet area. Small kitchen good for extended stays. We had an issue with a broken hair dryer and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. We notified the front desk and it was promptly fixed. Convenient location to all things in Hampton. Would stay here again.

I had a short stay over the post-4th of July weekend. The hotel is older than I thought based on the pic and other reviews. It was visually clean but definitely outdated (ex. Arm chair was very worn, kitchenette and appliances, carpet). I mainly only went to my room to sleep.

Okay place

Overall, our stay was nice. My husband is deaf and the closed captions did not work. That was frustrating. This was the first time I stayed at a pet-friendly facility. Not sure I will do it again. Every time you walked past the door, they barked. Another dog in a different room barked at every person he passed while walking. Annoying.
