Overpriced and felt harassed by rental staff
Cute apartment, nicely decorated but both bathroom showers smelled like mold and had mold at the bottom. (I have pictures and it's pretty off putting). Also, if you book them, be mindful that they don't provide daily cleaning service, fresh new towels or toiletries. Those are all available for extra charges. We didn't mind cleaning after ourselves, but keep that in mind.
They advertise that there's a drip coffee machine... there was none. They did have a Nespresso machine on the property, but it was clogged and though we asked a couple times to have it swapped or descaled they did nothing.
Upon arrival we noticed the floors were dirty and asked them to have them properly cleaned, and they did next day.
Though, what made our experience bad was the staffers constantly demanding us to let a crew come change some furniture, that they apparently scheduled during our stay which is unacceptable. We paid for our stay, and we didn't want to be bothered. If the owners want to refurbish or do maintenance - then please do so when not rented to guests.
When we declined to accept that during our stay, they started bothering us via text messages for the next 3 days, to the point it felt like being harassed. Even one of the managers demanded that from us and honestly it felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
The checkout process was easy and they provided exact instructions, which we followed.
All in all, underwhelming and definitely not stellar as advertised.

As soon as we were notified of the issue, our housekeeping team promptly addressed it within a time frame of less than four hours.
Regarding the furniture, we apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. Our intention was simply to request your cooperation in allowing us to deliver a table that had been delayed for over two months. This delivery would have taken minimal time, approximately 10 minutes, to set up. We want to assure you that our request was made with the best intentions, and we regret if it came across as anything other than that.

I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.
You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
