Throughout this home, you'll find 6 beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom, located right off of the main living area, has a king bed, smart TV, direct access to the amazing backyard, and a private ensuite bathroom. Spread out through the rest of the home are the other 5 bedrooms. Four of the remaining bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the sixth bedroom has 4 twins (2 bunk beds).

This home has 4 full bathrooms. The master ensuite has two sinks, toilet, and walk-in shower. The remaining three bedrooms are spread across the rest of the house, all easily accessible from the main living area. Two of the other bathrooms have a shower/tub combo, while the fourth and final bathroom has a walk-in shower only.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living area, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods). The beautiful blue beach theme that is carried into this kitchen keeps the beach vibes going!

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 10 people at the formal dining table, plus 4 more at the kitchen countertop seats, plus even MORE dining options outside!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
