This three-level Sand Castle Tower is an immaculately furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse that offers ample and comfortable living space for your beach vacation! Conveniently located directly across from the fine white quartz sand and clear Gulf waters, Sand Castle Tower features two floors and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Step into a bright, open first level designed for comfort and easy beach living. The main floor features a spacious living area with plenty of seating, a smart TV, and direct access to a private patio—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes full‑size appliances, cookware, and everything you need for meals at home. A dining area comfortably seats your group, and a convenient half bathroom is located on this level.
This floor is ideal for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together before heading upstairs to the bedrooms.

The 2nd level of Sand Castle Tower offers the following: Living room with a queen sofa sleeper and 65-inch SMART TV, bedroom with queen bed and SMART TV, full bath, fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, a spacious wrap-around balcony with Adirondack chairs, and awesome gulf views from each side.

The 3rd level offers a spacious loft with a king-size bed, additional living space with a sofa sleeper, full bath, and a balcony with Adirondack chairs and beautiful gulf views.

Sand Castle Tower is located in a walkable area close to restaurants and shops and is a short drive to Pier Park, additional shopping, and Panama City Beach's local attractions.

SAND CASTLE TOWER HOUSE RULES

1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.

2. No smoking.

3. Pets are not allowed inside the property or on the grounds.

4. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

5. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you will treat both as you would your own.

*If house rules #1, 2, 3, and/or 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund. Additionally, a violation of House Rule #4 will result in the guests being charged $600 for the deep cleaning of the property.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Five-night stay minimum.

Sand Castle Tower is located in a free-spirited beach town with a laid-back attitude. It's definitely the place to stay for your Laguna Beach/Panama City Beach vacation!

Very easy walk to the beach!!! Great views! The property was amazing! Clean..stocked...very spaacious!!! Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 7. Hosts were very quick to respond and very kind!!! Would definitely stay again!!!!! Amazing!!!

PROS:close to the beach access. You have to walk down the street a bit then cross the street but wasn’t bad. the rental was the first condo in that whole group so that was nice to be closer to the beach access.house was clean & cute decorated(Not a pro of a con but worth mentioning) one of the bedrooms is totally by itself to the left like it was a separate unit at some point. I was surprised at this but it was fine with us since we have older kids anyways but you have to go through 2 doors to get into the main part of the house. (That bedroom door then the main house door)CONS:the parking awning was very narrow. We were driving a ford expedition and we barely squeezed in there with probably 3 inches on each side and we had to put the mirrors in to fit. the kitchen had very cheap utensils, blender, etc. I understand having cameras but 5 outside I feel like was a bit excessive. there was a grill on the back patio & the balcony and both said Error still worked but went off & on.All in all…not a bad house close to the beach in a good area.

Thank you for the review. We always appreciate feedback from our guests. To clarify, the first-floor unit is a studio, or lockout unit. Perfect for the elderly, grandparents, couples, handicapped guests, or parents with teens/young adult children who may desire more privacy. The door to the units can be left open or closed based on your desire for privacy. I believe this is stated in the listing. In regard to the parking, there are a few ways to park, especially with larger cars. You can drive in sideways for larger vehicles or straight in if you're driving a smaller car. Also, for larger cars, you can even park parallel to the pillars. And there's plenty of additional parking at the end of the complex. The five outdoor cameras have been placed around the property, which has three floors, solely for security purposes. This allows us to check on the property when it is vacant. Again, thank you for the feedback, and I hope our response sheds some light on your concerns.
