Beachside Townhouse PCB est une maison de vacances sur le front de mer (front de mer) située dans Beachside Townhomes sur la plus belle plage du monde avec une incroyable plage de sable blanc, une eau turquoise éblouissante et des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. TrÚs bien situé à l'autoroute 79 et Front Beach Road. Moins d'un mile à Pier Park. Pier Park a plus de 120 magasins et restaurants pour vos achats, divertissements et restaurants. (Théùtre IMAX, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.) Winn Dixie épicerie, magasin d'alcool, pharmacie CVS est en face de la rue. Marché aux poissons frais, McDonalds, Pizza Hut et plusieurs autres à courte distance à pied.

Nous sommes Ă  moins de 20 minutes (15 miles) de l'aĂ©roport international du nord-ouest de la Floride (ECP). Vous pouvez voir la jetĂ©e Ă  Pier Park depuis le pont Ă  l'arriĂšre de l'unitĂ©, de superbes vues, la pĂȘche, ainsi que des feux d'artifice plusieurs fois par an. Certains des divertissements de la rĂ©gion comprennent le parc Frank Brown, le parc Aaron Basset, le parc aquatique Shipwreck Island, le parc marin Gulf World, le Ripley's Believe it ou le musĂ©e Wonderworks, les courses de chiens, le parachute ascensionnel, le canotage et la pĂȘche. "Dolphin Waves" a 1800 pieds carrĂ©s de vie spacieuse avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique.

Unité peut accueillir 10 personnes dans trois chambres, deux chambres avec 1 lit king size et 1 lit jumeau; la troisiÚme chambre a 2 lits superposés (4 lits jumeaux);
- Le salon a un canapé-lit queen qui pourra accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Totalement l'unité peut accueillir 12 invités.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée, l'unité a une laveuse et une sécheuse.
- L'unité a quatre (4) téléviseurs à écran plat un dans chaque chambre et un dans le salon sont tous connectés au cùble et l'unité fournit Internet et WiFi.

Mars à août - séjour minimum de 7 jours; Séjour doit commencer le samedi.

This as our first stay at this home. We loved the direct beach access! Overall the home is user friendly especially with a toddler particularly the kitchen, bathtub and the space in the bedrooms and living room. All of the beds and rooms were comfortable which is a rare find. The outdoor deck has been redone and is so nice, the pictures with the listing don’t show the new deck but should. One area for improvement would be to add a curtain on the left side of the deck. We had decent neighbors but whoever is next to you is basically shoulder to shoulder with you when outdoors. It was tough because our neighbors were nice but not as peaceful as we were. Access to food and shopping were all excellent. Parking is great with two full spaces. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

House was pretty good. The only thing we had issue with is that the bathtub on the top floor doesn’t have a thing to switch it to the shower head instead of the bathtub.

Excellent Stay

the property was literally steps to the beach. It was in a great neighborhood but the roads were pretty busy so look out for that. The house was clean and much bigger in person! Overall excellent stay!

Great location, great rental!

This spacious unit is in the perfect location for PCB
very close to restaurants/groceries, but the beachfront feels more secluded. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved the covered deck area looking out on the ocean. Great communication with the owner, and they were very accommodating.

Outstanding Location

This property is right on the beach which makes it perfect for a lazy beach vacation. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath accommodated 3 couples perfectly. Washer and Dryer are available and the kitchen is well equipped. A supermarket is only steps away. Parking is an issue as there are only 2 spots and they are small at that. So don't bring a trailer, don't bring 3 cars. We were able to park 4 motorcycles in one spot, if barely, and a car in the other. The deck has seating for 4 adults and a canopy provides some sun protection. The beach, oh the beach, no matter what , this has to be one of the most pristine beaches with the whitest sand we ever experienced. This house is good for 6 but the deck gets crowded with 6.The appearance is a little run down, nothing major, mainly cosmetic but everything is in working order. We loved our stay there.

Great get away

Beautiful house!! Very clean and updated appliances in the kitchen. Great communication from the owner. Very private and close to the beach. We literally walkout and the beach was right there. I'll definitely book here again

Relaxing Getaway

The house was amazing with easy beach access. Any need accommodations were nearby. Owner was easy to reach for any issues and addressed them promptly and professionally. Only issue we ran in to was the beach was not pet friendly even though the property was. This is on the city not the owner but it could have been communicated through the listing better. There was a pet friendly beach near by. Would definately stay again if going back to Panama City.

Wonderful Trip

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the ocean view!!! I love this property and the owners! If I could give 10 stars for communication with the property owner I would. We will definitely rent from them again. The kitchen had everything we needed. The updates are beautiful!! All the bedrooms and baths are updated the mattress are great. They put pride into the property and it shows!!! Location is great we walked to Pier Park and loved the dogs on the beach. We will be back!!!

Would book this unit again!

The unit was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable. We asked a few questions to the owner when we got to the unit and they were very responsive. There are a bunch of restaurants close by - great location. This was a mini get-a-way but plan to come back because there is definitely more for us to explore! Good to Knows - Beach towels are not provided - Beach chairs are not provided - If units are rented on either side, there is no privacy when sitting on deck - recommendation to put up curtains

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

less than 50 yards to sandy beach; beach is our backyard. Parking is 10 ft from front door.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Parking in front of the house, it is a huge plus; when you stay at a condo, you park somewhere and walk or wait for crowded elevators.
When you go to the beach, you don't have to carry everything at the same time; when you are at the beach, if it is sunny or windy, less than 2 mins, you can come back home. Very convenient for family with Kids. When you stay at our place, you enjoy more about the beach.
