Build lasting memories and have exciting fun with family and friends at a large lake house (on Pine Lake in Wild Rose/Waupaca area). Our family has loved coming to Pine Lake for many years and so can you and your family. You can enjoy this beautiful and clean lake, the fresh air, and the wonderful starry nights. Pine Lake is approximately 144 acres with a sand bar (currently underwater) that separates the two sides.

Our lake house has a large lakefront with a sandy beach and pier with a bench seat, great for fishing off for bluegill, crappie, bass, northern, and more. For your enjoyment and convenience, we have included many extra amenities, EVERYTHING needed to make our home, your home for your stay! Your rental includes: fresh bedding, pillows, towels, beach towels, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat, a 6 x 18 foot floating Lilly pad, 8 x 10 ft Otter floating raft, 2 stand-up paddle board and life jackets of all sizes. There is a highchair, toddler bed, and 2 pack n plays available. There is a large outside upper and lower deck to relax, play games, and enjoy the lake view in the sun or shade, with lawn chairs and patio furniture.

The main level is complete with a spacious living room including a gas fireplace. There is an open concept kitchen and dining area, a sun/coffee room with large windows and beautiful lake views. This home includes EIGHT (8) sleeping areas with two on the first floor (master bedroom with a King bed and a daybed with window blinds in the sun room), three bedrooms on the 2nd level. (One with a King bed, one with a Queen bed and bunk beds (upper/lower singles) and one room with 2 single beds (trundle bed), plus three in the lower level (one private bedroom with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with 1 Queen, 1 king & 2 single. There is a queen size futon and queen size sofa sleeper in the lower living room). There are full bathrooms on all levels with an additional half bath on the first level. The house comes with higher speed internet and has a large TV in the main level living room and in the lower level living room, and one in the master bedroom.

In the front of the home you will find a front patio with comfy chairs, picnic table, LP table fire place , portable wood burning fireplace, and large Weber grill (with LP included) PLUS newer Blackstone Skillet which is wonderful for making breakfast. Directly across the street is a large area for car parking. The grand kids also love to play baseball and kickball in the area across the road and basketball in the driveway with many balls and toys available to use. For your enjoyment we have also provided two corn hole board sets and a giant Jenga game that are great to play in the evening.

As our guests, you will be provided with a reasonable supply of toilet tissue, paper towel, hand and dish soap, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine, plus some basic spices so that you can focus on bringing your clothes (don't forget your swimsuit), food and drink. There are two refrigerators conveniently located to allow good space for your food and drink. We offer for rent a premium pontoon boat - 22 foot newer Bennington with 115 HP Yamaha motor that seats up to 13 people. Our pontoon rental also includes the use of two (2) water towing tubes, a pair of water ski's, and a knee board at no additional charge. We also offers optional rentals on a Yamaha VX WaveRunner and two 2023 Aventon e-bikes (Pace & Level).

Pine Lake is “no wake” from 5 pm to 10 am to allow for some quiet time and opportunity to use non-motorize watercraft. Be sure to take in a beautiful sunset on a cocktail cruise at slow no wake speeds. The lake house is only 45 minutes west of Oshkosh and has many wonderful restaurants nearby, golf courses, and other attractions with a book of suggestions onsite. The home is also located in a very low traffic area with many safe places to walk or bike and nearby parks with tennis/pickle ball courts and playgrounds.

We do NOT allow dogs or pets at the house, on the grounds or the pontoon boat. Sorry, no exceptions. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the house or boat, but it is allowed on the grounds.
