Freshly updated apartment with ample outdoor space

These apartments have been totally renovated into clean and comfortable units. Large open-concept living/kitchen/dining area flows nicely to the stamped-concrete rear patio and large, spacious yard. There are dedicated firepits and chairs to enjoy the starry nights on the elevated back lawn. Both bedrooms have cozy mattresses and dedicated thermostats to make the nights relaxing and refreshing. The bathroom is situated between both bedrooms and includes a custom tiled shower. The comfortable living room furniture offers plenty of seating and cozy spots to catch some evening entertainment. There are dining tables inside and out, to enjoy home cooking on the stove, in the oven or on the back patio grill provided. The unit is ON the Seneca Lake Wine trail, which skirts the east side of Seneca Lake, and is close to many local wineries, breweries and favorite local dining spots if you'd prefer to not to cook. Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen are minutes away, as is the Finger Lakes National Forest and Watkins Glen State Park. Watkins Glen International is a 15 minute drive, while Corning and Ithaca are roughly 30 minutes away. Enjoy both sunrises over Satterly Hill and sunsets over Seneca Lake once you find yourself in the middle of the beautiful Finger Lakes. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, fire pit with firewood provided. Out of town but very close to breweries and wineries. Plenty of parking. Very safe area

We thought the property was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, great location to Watkins Glen and plenty of wineries nearby. The firepit was a great plus with plenty of wood. Plenty of space to park and it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again! Would suggest a few more washcloths and towels.

Couple's Getaway

This property is perfect for our needs. Near all the best wineries and breweries, and just a short drive to the park and Watkins Glen.Drew was great! We had a slight issue with the door lock mechanism- I called Drew on Sunday morning and he was able to take care of it right away!

Awesome stay with great amenities and location

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay for 5 days. Great amenities that included dish washing soap to wash the dishes easily and laundry detergent and washer/dryer to do our laundry. Kitchen, living room and two bedrooms were all clean and very spacious. We didn’t get to use tye outdoor firepit, and we had the entire backyard to ourselves as it was an offseason stay. We will definitely recommend this place/host and hoping to come back when we visit the finger lakes region again.

Great place for family

Great apartment with a kitchen and a living room with 2 bedrooms. The outside yard is really great for soccer and fire pit was amazing. A half hour drive from Ithaca. The owner is communicative and we really enjoyed our stay there

Clean Property, Gorgeous Area

I stayed at this property for a long weekend with the family. We were looking for something near Watkin’s Glen, NY. This property was perfect for visiting the area. We enjoyed the beautiful waterfalls at the area parks, as well as visiting a the local farms. The property was clean and nicely decorated and the owner responsive.

Watkins Glen stay

We had a lovely stay close to Watkins Glen and wine country area of the finger lakes. Easy drive to many state parks and hikes. Would not hesitate to stay at 414! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every convenience of home.

Always a wonderful time!

Seneca Lake is our Happy Place and so is the 4/4!!! We have had the privilege of staying at this beautiful property several times now! It is in a great location, always clean, the amenities here are above par and it makes you feel safe and in a home away from home!

Hideaway

Cozy comfortable and very clean. You had plenty of sheets towels and lots of dishes. Refrigerator is huge and stove was full size. The only issue was that there were dirty dishes I the cupboard. I think it might have happened because the dishwasher did not work. I took the dirty dishes out and hand wash them We loved our time there.

Very Pleasant & Comfortable Stay

Highly recommended stay. Wonderful location with nearest city Ithaca, wineries just within 2-10 miles radius and popular Watkins Glen Drew was very friendly and prompt with responses to any questions and queries. All rooms, kitchen and laundry room are all well stocked with all accessories

Great family vacation!

We had a great stay! Spot exactly as stated!! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 in a newly updated, very clean space. We spent our days hiking Watkins Glen (go early- mid day is insanely busy!), kayaking/paddle boarding at Lake Seneca, walking around town, and visiting the wineries. We also drove to Ithaca for some additional hiking. Great spot, thanks for sharing your space!

Condo unit was very clean and updated. Good location by Seneca lake and Watkins Glen. Several wineries in the area. Would definitely recommend!
