Maisons-sur-Mer's location on the beach is one of Myrtle Beach's finest vacation spots! Our condo features breathtaking views of the ocean from all rooms and balconies. Among the many amenities included are a large ocean front heated pool, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, golf putting area, an ocean front cocktail lounge and pool bar, on-site restaurant, barbecue area as well as a fitness center/gym. Additionally, the building has 4 high speed elevators, 24 hour security and on-site maintenance. All this ensures a worry-free vacation with fun for all!

The #1203 unit is on the 12th floor and has been updated with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 flat screen TV's. The master bedroom has an adjustable Queen size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a full size sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are included in this unit. Unit WiFi (internet) throughout the condo.

#1203 is located on the south side of Maison Sur Mer on the 12th floor. It's unique position allows you to view west out over the ocean and south towards the Myrtle Beach Sky wheel. Beautiful views of breath-taking sunsets!

Our stay was wonderful. Great location and view of ocean. While the condo needs to be updated it was functional and had everything we needed. Reading comments on reviews of the staff/security being rude but I found them all to be pleasant. Just be courteous and follow the rules! Thanks so much for having us!

We loved the location, our view was great, our place was very clean and cheerful. However, several areas needed fixed or updated. Several rooms had plaster hanging from the ceilings. The light fixture in the 2nd bedroom was old and needed fixed.

The property was very nice. The condo was perfect for about 5 people. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I would have changed was I would have 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom instead of a pull out couch.

Wonderful Stay

Very beautiful condo. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. Close to restaurants and attractions. Mark was excellent to work with. He was very responsive and kept in touch during our stay. The condo was even nicer than the pictures indicated. It was comforting to have 24 hour security at the complex.

Great Winter Get-Away

We had a great time staying in this condo. The unit was lovely and the property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions. We feel he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the unit. Our only regret was we had to leave a day early to beat a snowstorm home! I would recommend this unit and hope to stay there again in the future.

Great stay during last week of June!

Super location. Nice to be outside of the high traffic area but easily accessible to the heart of all. Cristine & Mark replied right back with answer to my questions. The condo looks exactly as shown on the site pics. Rooms are nice size and clean. We enjoyed eating on the spacious balcony. Pool bar area had very fun atmosphere during the day. Loved walking beach and hearing great music vibes from Ocean Annie’s or the Apache Pier on Friday night. The only thing unexpected was the squeaky master bed & expected a coffee pot but it was a Keurig. All worked out though, no problem. I would recommend this condo for sure!

Oceanfront Condo

Enjoyed staying at the MAISONS SUR MER in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very spacious. Could use some updated furniture in living room and main bedroom. Main bed squeaked with every slight move. Main bathroom could also use an updated shower. Wish the condo description indicated that beach chairs and umbrellas were included so we would not have brought ours from home which would have saved a lot of room in our car. Location of property was exceptional not being in the downtown strip. Also loved the high pool and outside bar with music and live bands!

Much Needed Vacation!

This condo is located in the Maisons Sur Mer. The building is safe and the area is so nice and more laid back compared to the Boardwalk/Ocean Drive area but still close enough to restaurants, shopping and entertainment (can even walk to a few!). Cristine and Mark were great hosts and all communication from booking to the end was very prompt and pleasant. The check in process and gaining access to the condo was super easy. The condo is very welcoming, nice, clean and comfortable. The view and sunsets definitely did not disappoint and were just amazingly beautiful! We loved hanging out and having dinner on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked very nicely with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, coffee maker, blender and much more! The appliances were very nice and clean. The condo really did have everything we needed and even had beach towels and chairs. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a beautiful place to stay! It was wonderful!
