Welcome to our lake house retreat in Lakeland, Florida. You can enjoy a peaceful getaway with beautiful sunset views and tranquil waters during the evenings, and still visit major cities such as Orlando and Tampa during the day which are less than an hour away. Minutes from Southeastern University, Florida Southern, Lake Hollingsworth, and other attractions in the Lakeland area
The space
This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home features a beautiful lakefront view from the master bedroom and patio which is literally right on the water!

All the essentials are provided for your stay including:
-Keypad entry door for smooth check in & check out
-42" Smart TV with Netflix & Hulu provided !
-Fully Operable Kitchen - cookware, bakeware, silverware, coffee, tea, etc...
-2 full baths stocked with essential toiletries & hair dryer
-Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
-In-home Samsung washer & dryer - laundry detergent provided !
-Hybrid spring / memory foam mattresses

-Safety & Security: Doorbell camera is located by entry door (no indoor cameras) , first aid kit is provided, fire extinguisher provided, monitored smoke alarm

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage. The garage is used for storage, tools, etc.. The door to the garage will be locked during your stay.

The property includes parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and additional street parking is available if needed.

The lake house was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful views of the lake! Quiet neighborhood , very comfortable and very clean. Very good communication with host. Will definitely stay there again!

This house was very nice. I don't have any complaints. There were a few minor issues that could be looked at, but there wasn't anything major for concern. The location was mid-way between two family groups so that was good. There is plenty of businesses in the area. The street itself was rather narrow and I'm not used to seeing so many cars parked all over the lawns that I passed.

Our great base

The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We used it as our base to travel between Orlando, Lakeland and Tampa. Comfortable living with no fuss.

Winter stay

This property is well maintained, comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Being right on the lake, you are able to enjoy all the natural beauty. Everything you might need is within a short drive. Landlord is quick to reply to any issues and is respectful of your privacy. I loved it, highly recommend and will definitely return next winter.

Great lakehouse!

We found this great property while looking for a place to stay for a family, FL wedding. The house was well appointed and close to all of our activities. It was also clean, as pictured, and very comfortable! If only the weather was warmer- we weren't fully able to enjoy the sunroom or the lake!

We had a great time!! The lake in the back was so quiet and peaceful in the morning. Neighborhood was quiet. Check in and check out was easy, accommodations were great. Luke was very prompt to respond to any messages I sent. I would definitely recommend this little oasis and hope to be back.

Fabulous rental

Owners’ attention to details made this rental feel like home. Kitchen equipment included everything a basic kitchen needed
even sharp knives! Very clean, comfortable beds, nice floor plan. Vinyl room facing the lake was a huge plus: morning coffee and evening unwind embellished by bird calls and other pleasant sounds. Highly recommend.

Amazing

Beautiful location. We were able to visit with family and close enough for anything we needed. The screened in porch was perfect and my son even did a little fishing in the lake. The house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in as a rental in Florida. We would definitely do this again.

Beutiful views

Comfortable property with a wonderful Florida porch. Bedrooms were spacious and comfotable. We appreciated the desk in the one bedroom for remote work. Close to grocery, local universities. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to work with. The living room is smaller but cozy. We spent most of our time in the covered porch enjoying the lake views. Neighborhood is tight and depending on the mapquest can seem a little concerning. However we encojntered no problems. Was quite and as soon as you enter the housd you forget your in a busy neighborhood.

Great home to stay at in the Lakeland area. Loved the added amenities and the screened patio overlooking the lake was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and to watch the sunset in the evenings.

Relaxing Lake House

We needed a location for an extended 3 week stay in Florida. This lake cottage style property was a great spot. The quiet neighborhood and relaxing back porch made for an enjoyable stay! All rooms were clean and simple. Would recommend for anyone visiting Lakeland!

The best thing aboout this home is the proximity to the lake. When sitting on the screened-in patio, you will feel like you are right on top of the water, it's that close!
