We went for college orientation. The location was near the downtown area, which was nice as we were able to tour the city before moving down.

Great centralized location

Quaint 2 bedroom 2 BATH. Owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The location was fantastic for our NAIA baseball games. Great place.

Cute, clean, nice location.We checked in, quite easily around 5:30 and left by 10 am, so we didn't spend much time on the house. The location is great, easy to get to downtown Lakeland and surrounding parks.Layout is a bit odd....you access one bedroom either through the first bedroom or a hallway from the laundry room.

Dance Competition Weekend

Cute place, perfect home base for our competition weekend. Clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, close the RP Funding center, tons of food options, adorable downtown Linens were nice & clean. Dishes, large microwave, coffeemaker, toaster all came in handy

Quaint duplex

In a well maintained older neighborhood, spacious parking from the alleyway. Most of the original architectural remained with the original interior doors and wood floors in the dining, living, and bedrooms.

Vintage Lakeland home

This home is from the 30s 40s so floor plan is unconventional but the owner does a pretty good job of making it comfortable. Try to arrive before sundown because you have to find the alley behind the home to access it. The owner was kind and attentive.

Girls weekend

Comfy, clean and cozy location for a brief respite during our Lakeland stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the parks (Hollis Gardens and Bonnet Springs Park) during our visit. The breakfast recommendation from host (Ke'Ke's) was wonderful! Appreciate the directions to the local and our stay. Thank you!

Nice area in Lakeland.

Nice duplex. Hard to find the first time. Host very helpful. Good accommodations. Just know to go in the alley way behind house to get to property. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Wonderful host and property

I booked this home to evacuate from Milton. The host, Edgar, was extremely responsive to my questions and his kindness during this very stressful situation was so appreciated. Beautiful classic Florida craftsmen well maintained and larger than I thought. Great location less than a mile from downtown. Highly recommend!

Quaint Cottage

A lovely home and perfect location for what we were in town for. So many great walks from this location: Lake Hollingsworth, Lake Morton, Mirror Lake, all accessible by foot. The home itself looked like a cottage on the outside but was remarkably spacious on the inside. Very clean and had everything we needed including options on the TV for my elderly Mother.

Enjoyed

The house was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is close to Lake Mirror and the Southern Florida college. The grocery store and post office are within a mile. The host was great and responded quickly to a couple of small items. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Looking forward to staying again when I come to Lakeland.

Lakeland Home

This home appealed to us because of the location. A few blocks away from Lake Hollingsworth and Florida Southern College at one end, two blocks to Lake Morton and the Polk Art museum at the other end and a few blocks more to Lake Mirror and Hollis Gardens. This home is divided into two apartments which was not made known in the listing. We were blessed with good neighbors who kept it quiet so it wasn't a problem for us. Our entrance was in the back of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk in even in the evening hours. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we required.Shower and tub had plenty of hot water. Everything on the ground level.The only thing lacking for us was some outdoor chairs and table to sit outside in the beautiful Lakeland mornings and drink coffee and have a morning breakfast.

Beautiful Home

My husband and I came to Lakeland to help our son settle into his new apartment after moving from South Carolina. The home is beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for our week away. There were a couple of things that came up, however the response to those things were almost immediate. We would definitely stay again in the future!
