Cette maison offre l'expĂ©rience de relaxation suprĂȘme. Que vous profitiez de la vue depuis les quatre chambres climatisĂ©es avec salle de bains privative ou au bord de la piscine, la Villa Amour est l'endroit idĂ©al pour profiter d'une expĂ©rience antillaise supĂ©rieure Ă  seulement 15 minutes de l'aĂ©roport.


Les avantages uniques de cette villa: La villa est trĂšs privĂ©e, possĂšde de nombreuses Ɠuvres d'art et sculptures uniques. Beaucoup de temps est consacrĂ© Ă  l'entretien des jardins tropicaux car c'est un travail d'amour. Étant un chef Ă  la retraite, la cuisine est mieux Ă©quipĂ©e que la plupart.

Pourquoi le propriétaire a choisi Neltjeberg Bay: Je n'ai pas acheté la Villa amour, je l'ai conçue et construite. La région est vierge et intacte comme l'ßle était autrefois.

Description du propriétaire: Je suis un résident de 28 ans de St. Thomas, un chef à la retraite, je rénove maintenant des piscines et j'ai une entreprise paysagiste.

The views and art work were amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The driveway is very steep and the road leading to it is mostly dirt and bumpy. As others have said a 4 wheel drive vehicle is nice to have! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (dishes, utensils, glassware, etc.), The only negative I would say is that house and property are getting a little tired and could use some extra care. I would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends.

The villa view was truly spectacular. Once in a lifetime. Rick was very responsive and helpful. The villa needed a deep clean and attention to detail. Of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of the mini splits were not working. Rick was very responsive, but we ran short of AC in bedrooms which was very uncomfortable as some had very little sleep. Overall a good experience, just unfortunate.

House was great overall, amazing views, clean and plenty of amenities so we didn’t have to lug with us. Definitely rent a jeep bc the road leading to the house was crazy but I enjoyed the off-roading, my wife not as much! ;)Thanks for the hospitality and would book again during another visit.

Amazing Views and Privacy

Great Stay! Very clean. Unparalled views -- very private. Great tropical house. We loved the outdoor space and used the pool and hot tub every single day!

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay a little to be desired with the driveway but we made the best of it with laughter and speed. Comfy and inviting very friendly host! We will happily return again!

Family vacation

What a beautiful place. We had everything we needed. We had our coffee near the pool . The kitchen had everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Rick was very friendly. We enjoyed talking to him . wonderful.

Great Flight Crew Stay

We are a flight crew of 3 plus my mother whom came to visit. Rick’s place was absolutely perfect! 4 bedrooms all having our own space and bathrooms connected to each room. Rick was wonderful helping out with picking up my mom from the airport and taking her to get some groceries before we(flight crew) came in. He was very helpful in answering all questions and we really enjoyed staying at Villa Amour. The pictures do not do the house justice. Such beautiful art out and in the house and views, wonderful.. We loved sitting outside by the pool. Rent a SUV because the road up to the house is tricky and no cabs will make it but once we were there, we didn’t want to leave! He had everything we needed in the house. A new grocery store called Moes is 10 mins down the road. We bought everything there. Thanks for everything. We can’t wait to book again next time we fly in!

Great stay in St Thomas

Stayed for four nights with my girlfriend and friends and had a great time. We actually wished we could have stayed one extra day just to hang out at the house and pool. Easy check in and out and the house had everything we needed plus one of the best views on the island. There is a grocery store and a small beach close by. Easy drive to the airport and to get to the ferry. Would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Villa Amout

Rick at Villa Amour is a great host! Has lived on STT for a long time. The house has a 2 M view and is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, vinegars etc. The short drive to the house from the main road is a bit dicey due to the road condition but after a couple of trips it’s fine. Wish we had had a longer stay. Thank you Rick!

Couldn’t be better!

Fully equipped house with pool and hot tub! Cool decor too. The layout of the house is so wonderful for having outdoor space that’s out of the rain/sun plus having various areas to be “away” from the whole crowd if you want a break.

Beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved opening the sliders every morning and eating breakfast on the lanai! Sky and ocean views everywhere we looked. The house stayed cool during the day and the bedrooms cooled off well at night. We made a few trips to the grocery store which was very convenient and used the kitchen and grill most days! If we head back to St Thomas, we’d definitely look to return to this fabulous home!

So relaxing

We had a wonderful time. The house and pool were amazing. Probably my favorite thing was the view though and the big pocket doors that opened to the pool area. You always felt like you were outside even when in the living room because of those.Every morning we’d open those up and watch the sunrise. They were also very accommodating,we got in very early Saturday and they let us check in 2 hours early and were at the door to greet us. The only downside was the road leading to the house but the owner prepared us beforehand. It’s a very bumpy 5 minute drive down to the house but well worth the view you got from that drive!

Views galore

The views from this property were spectacular! The decor of the house was extraordinary with lots of color and a beautiful dining room chandelier! The pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable! Now here is the downside. The outside dining table needs new cushions, or at least they could be cleaned. In pretty sure one cushion had blood running down the back, but they were all really dirty. See weren't told that the owners friend, who had met us at the house to show us around would be staying in the small apartment under the house during the latter part of our stay, which caught our group of guard. That's something that would have changed our stays location. There was a mouse (maybe more than one) living in the kitchen and ruined our first home cooked dinner. Food there isn't cheap because it's shipped in. We couldn't use the dishwasher because when the door was opened there was a smell of death. If you stay here, rent a jeep because the winding road to the house is mostly dirt and a very bumpy ride. Overall, we had a great time! I hope they do something about the mouse (mice) and cushions for the next renters, and if someone is staying in the lower apartment, they at least let the renters know about it. This location would have been well worth the cost otherwise.

Amazing property with beautiful views!

Absolutely amazing stay! The views were breath taking and made for a relaxing vacation. Rick was an awesome host. Was available when we had questions and provided great suggestions. Loved the private beach at the end of the road. The road to the property was pretty rough, definitely needed 4WD. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this amazing property again!

Beautiful view and open floor plan

The road to get to the house is a bit well-traveled but the view is worth it! Rick was responsive and easy to work with. He even came and helped when we got turned around on our arrival. The pool, view, and open-air concept were perfect for our spring break. Fantastic!!!

Great Weekend at Rick's Place

Celebrated my mom's 75th birthday at Rick's place and it was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had all of the essentials needed for a great vacation. I will definitely be staying here again.
