Et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Coki - largement connue comme la meilleure plongée en apnée de l'île et de Coral World, une attraction incontournable de la plongée en apnée, de la plongée et du plaisir sous-marin en famille! Caribbean Breeze a quelque chose pour chaque vacancier - le tout enveloppé dans un!

Pineapple Village est une belle association de villas privées située derrière les barrières de sécurité du Margaritaville Vacation Resort de Wyndam. Caribbean Breeze au Pineapple Village est un 1850 complètement rénové. F. Villa privée 3 chambres 3 1/2 salles de bain qui est la location de vacances idéale, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Cette villa spacieuse et conçue sur mesure a plus que beaucoup d'espace pour toute grande famille ou plusieurs familles.

L'espace de vie extérieur est magnifiquement aménagé et bien équipé pour le style de vie de la villa avec 12 chaises Adirondeck et une table et des chaises de salle à manger en plein air. Il y a de l'ombre dans les coins salon et repas de 15h à 16h pour des repas en plein air venteux entourés de plantations tropicales, de palmiers et de jardins.

Chaque grande chambre a son propre dressing, douche et vanité séparée, TV connectée de 40 ", plusieurs lits (et des rideaux supplémentaires) et de nouveaux curseurs avec accès à des patios magnifiquement aménagés. Chaque chambre a une nouvelle unité de climatisation divisée qui est super silencieuse et refroidit la pièce en quelques minutes. Généralement, les ventilateurs de plafond fournissent suffisamment de refroidissement avec la brise des curseurs ouverts dans cette villa venteuse.

La cuisine conçue sur mesure a tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter et plus encore. Fenêtres donnant sur la belle cour, une île avec tabourets de bar, armoires neuves, comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Beaucoup de plats, assiettes, verres, argenterie, verres à vin et margarita, casseroles / poêles, etc. sont là si vous voulez cuisiner des repas! Grille-pain, mixeur, cafetière - vous vous sentirez comme chez vous!

The villa was spotless, with everything you could possibly need. Antonella, the host, had excellent communication, and she responded quickly to any questions. The location was perfect, the pool was 50 yards away, and as advertised, Margaritaville and the beach were a short walk. Coki Beach, a 10-minute walk, was great for food, drinks, and snorkeling. We did the Snorkel Cat trip to St.Johns, which leaves from the resort, and it was a great convenience. We shopped at Cost-U-Less ( a Caribbean Costco-style store) for our food needs, which was a great find for 6 people who like to eat in. Basically, an overall great vacation.

The check in process was a hassle. I didn’t get the unit number or the code to get in well after I was supposed to. My daughter sat outside in the rain with our groceries because I didn’t have the info for her to get in. So that started the trip off on a negative note The generator ran out of gas so we sat in the dark for hours even though the owner had an error code on her phone and could have had it fixed before it ran out. Getting TP for the 3 & 1/2 bathrooms reminded me of Covid. We we hardly there at the unit during the day & we had the smallest rolls of TP & had to buy our own. Owner told me that she’d reimburse me money to make things right but I don’t see that happening.

After successfully renting for over 10 years with many repeat customers - this renter is the worst. We take pride in our responsiveness with a manager and an electrician on call. When they arrived they sent a text saying they were very impressed 1) check in: we sent the welcome package/codes to the email address THEY put in VRBO. They waited until they arrived to let us know they didn’t have the door code and we responded right away. Their daughter who lives on the island called us 15 times on Easter Sunday demanding the code and we have a strict policy to only give out the code to name/number/email address on VRBO for liability purposes. So the fact that her daughter waited in the rain to get in without a code is COMPLETELY HER FAULT. 2) toilet paper: we clearly state in the welcome package that we provide several rolls of TP for each bathroom and then after that they can purchase more at a store about 300 yards away. And Because she was so rude I had our manager drop many extra rolls off. 3) Generator - we have a high end Generac whole house generator that ran out of propane during stay This has never happened before (we have a large tank) but I guess the power was out a lot the previous week and burned through the fuel. The error code misread on our app so we didn’t know the tank was low. They called us at 8 pm, we had an electrician on site within 60 minutes who quickly hooked up a backup tank and they had power instantly. THESE RENTERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM RENTING AGAIN

Relaxing and quiet

Check in was easy. The rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our private patio with the family. It had quick easy access to margaritaville and the beach. And a taxi service almost always available.

Amazing area

Absolutely amazing area. we loved the private court yard and the pool seldom had people at it. Short walk to Coral world and Linquist beach was right down the road. Had a couple questions while there and the host responded immediately, there were no issues with the property.

Our family of 9 spent 10 days in this lovely villa. The location was very convenient to Red Hook, where we found restaurants, the ferry to St John and the dock we chartered a boat from for an all day snorkeling trip. The villa itself was spacious, clean, private and comfortable. When we had a question, the owners responded promptly to solve our question.

Check in experience was not smooth, while i asked in advance if checking in a little early it at 3 pm would be okay the host said it should be no problem but when we arrived with the family the lock didn’t work. There was also no wifi in the backyard, and no internet on the island. Host didn’t respond to my texts and calls for 1 hour so we were stuck waiting. The host only responded an hour later (4 pm) apparently the lock was programmed to work with our code strictly at 4 pm check in time so we were misguided about early check in and felt very confused and tired from 1 hour wait without communication or internet. Overall the villa and location were good. There were no toiletries (no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash, just a soap) which i think is a pretty basic thing to provide. Guests should consider that while packing.

Relaxing time in Pineapple Village!

Our group of friends stayed in this beautiful condo in Pineapple Village. The place had everything we could possibly need. Spacious and immaculate, close to a quiet pool and a few minute walk to Margaritaville bar and restaurant. We had no issues at all, but the owner Antonella checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our time. We couldn’t have asked for more - the photos are accurate and they supplied everything including beach towels and beach Chairs. A 10 minute walk to Coki beach which had a fun vibe and crystal clear water. Taxis were always available at Margaritaville so that made it easy to get around. Great time!

Great property! The villa was well furnished and I was happy to find cleaning products available and a new washing machine. The hosts responded immediately to texts. The only negative is the cost of taxis for a family. You can walk to Coki Beach and definitely take children to Coral World. The outdoor space was very enjoyable. The pool is very close and several days it was ours alone. I highly recommend this property

Perfect in every way!

Fabulous location, perfectly appointed and comfortable accommodations. Felt right at home immediately. Beautiful beachy decor that is warm and inviting. Loved walking out to the beach each morning. Ample outdoor furniture, comfy couches and plenty of space for 10 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and some dinners in. Pool was perfect - quiet and private. Can walk to 2 beaches - and short drive to fabulous restaurants in Red Hook. Owners responsive and so nice! Can’t wait to go back! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location

Great location. Close to restaurants, taxis, and kid activities. Property is nice. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of roll away beds available if needed. Property manager was attentive and responsive. Place could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was fine. Water pressure was a bit low and took a while to heat up, but not too much of a nuisance. Would definitely recommend for families.

Perfect Getaway

Would give this property 5+ rating. We spent 20 days here. It offered everything we were looking for. Everything in the listing is true. It offered all the comfort of home. Completely supplied kitchen, bedding, towels, beach chairs, lighted patio with furniture. Literally just 20 steps from pool, very short walk to beach and Margaritaville resort. Needed to contact the host and had a response in minutes. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend a stay.

Pineapple Village condo

The condo was very clean and spacious for our large family vacation of 8. NIce and fully stocked kitchen and supplied beach towels and beach chairs made day trips to the different beaches very easy. Also nice to have some supplied coolers for the beach excursions. Only issue we experienced was a power failure to the property which was not and issue with the condo. Found out that power failure was at the meter. Only bring that up because the condo had a backup generator so we still had electricity during our stay. Communcation with our host during the incident was easy and quick. If I traveled to St. Thomas again I would definitely stay here.

The location is perfect for immediate access to the beach (Coki that's a short walk) and Margaritaville. This villa also has direct access to a swimming pool. Each room is spacious. The beds are comfy. There are also roll- away beds in each closet for additional guests or children. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. (We used it to cook for our family reunion picnic). The villa also has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, floaties and toys. Overall our stay was very pleasant. There are some maintenance concerns, but I will send those directly to the owner and property manager.

Not quite sure why this renter left a 3 star review when they say they had a good time, its well equipped and the beds are comfy??? n They brought up some basic wear and tear type stuff that we addressed IMMEDIATELY like we always do!
