The house was amazing! Anything my wife or I thought we needed to enjoy our vacation was in a drawer or closet. The house had everything, and the view was the most incredible part. We could spend all day in the pool watching boats and clouds go by. My wife and I are already discussing our next trip with more family. Thank you for allowing us to share your wonderful house.

Beyond Perfection

The description and images of this place just doesn't capture how perfect it is. To start, the driveway is a little daunting, but you don't need a masters degree to get up and down it in your vehicle. When we would call a cab, we just met them at the top of the driveway. The house itself is impeccable. There is at least one full bathroom in each bedroom, and a guest bathroom in the living room area. The beds are huge and the sheets and blankets are so comfortable, I plan on ordering the same for my house. Each bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the back deck/porch/balcony. I cannot stress enough how amazing the view is from any angle. There is more than enough seating of every type by the pool. There was plenty of shade for those of us who burn super easily. We ate every meal outside when we were at the house. We spent the vast majority of our time at the house outside in the pool or sitting at the outdoor table. The padded chairs are perfect for sitting and reading all day. The lounge chairs are perfect for laying out in the sun. There are so many pool floaties provided, and we left a couple ourselves. The grill is amazing. Top of the line! You could easily book a week long trip to St. Thomas and never leave this house. We had this house booked for months, and over the time leading up to our vacation we had several questions. The response time was almost immediate, every time we asked a question. 5 million stars. And a huge thank you! We had an absolute blast!

Scenic veranda

This villa is a lovely place to enjoy the wonderful St Thomas March weather. The veranda overlook is beautiful and a great place to relax, enjoy the pool and have a few cocktails The villa was perfect for two couples to spend 2 weeks away from the March weather in Pennsylvania. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. St Thomas roads are a challenge and the same goes for the roads and driveways in the Green Cay Plantation neighborhood. We had a lovely vacation here.

What a glorious location


We loved our stay here (two couples) so much. The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking and made it difficult to leave. We made dinner and dined on the patio nearly every night.There are plenty of beach chairs and coolers, as well as quality pool towels.We had a perfect stay from beginning to end.

Such great views.

This property was better than in the pictures. Every Bedroom has a view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time at this house because the view of the ocean, the pool, the wildlife - just so much to relax to. Plenty of board/card games and puzzles to chose from. The kitchen was stocked well so that we could grill and make our own dinners - except for the nights we went to Red Hook to try some of the restaurants. Restaurants, grocery stores, kayaking, a mall, escape room- there is so much to do within 20 min drive.

Absolutely Amazing

Incredible. May be the best house we've ever rented. Views will blow you away. Totally private. Awesome layout. Just my wife and I on this trip but big enough for 2 or 3 couples. The view is insane. House had everything we needed and hosts were great. Beaches nearby and even the farthest ones are only 20 minutes. Hope to come back to St. Thomas and will def stay here again if I do. Thanks so much for sharing!

Wow!

Pictures don’t do the views justice. The house is spacious and the deck and pool provide wonderful outdoor space. Location is convenient to both Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. Coolers and chairs available for trips to the bech. Stayed as a family of 5 and would love to return.

Paradise

I'm hesitant to write this review because the property, location, and vacation were so perfect, I almost don't want anyone else to know about it so I can book it again without worry that it may be unavailable! Everything was just as advertised and better. The beach is a couple miles from the house, and yes, it's worth it to rent a jeep. We had the beach to ourselves for the majority of the time. It really felt surreal. We used the coolers and snorkel gear in the house and that made it very convenient. The house was perfect too! Stayed cool while it was 97 outside! Bedrooms were all spacious and it was great that each has its own bathroom. We had zero contact with the owners. It was so perfect we had absolutely no need to! But to them, Thank you for helping make out vacation perfect! I highly recommend!

Gorgeous!

The vantage point of the house is truly incredible for expansive views out over the water. The back patio is every bit as nice as the web pictures show. The pool is also a very nice size (maybe 10 yards or so in length). Property manager was very responsive. Two examples: We had a problem with one of the A/C units not working one morning and it was fixed by lunchtime! We also had noticed there were no small plates in the kitchen. I mentioned this to the manager on our last day and they were very appreciative of the feedback and planned to supplement dishware accordingly. Loved that there were plenty of bath and beach towels in the house. Light sleeper notes: The nighttime critters (birds(?)) can be extremely loud and jarring (even with running a sound conditioner!). I ended up also downloading a white noise app to run too! Bedrooms (noticeable with #2 and #3) also have thin walls, so another plug for sound conditioners. Driver note: The driveway has a very steep downward slope that has a hairpin turn halfway. A bit harrowing until you get the hang of it! Beach note: You'll need to travel out of the community to get down to a beach. Out of the beaches we visited (Limetree, Bolongo, Sapphire, Lindquist, Secret Harbor, Magens) - the two faves were the last two (had sandy beach and sandy water bottom with no seaweed, flies, rocks etc). Grocery Store note: Loved Fruit Bowl for the variety/natural foods. Prices were in range of others. Would stay here again!!

Breathtaking views!

Our stay was amazing. We had a teenager and a preteen and this place accommodated everyone with three bedrooms that were very spacious and numerous bathrooms. The view was absolutely breathtaking of the ocean. The pool was very enjoyable. The location was a little tricky to get to the first couple of times, but once we figured that out very easy. The owner communicated well upfront and we had no needs or issues during our stay. I would highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Family trip to the USVI

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, great view, comfortable accommodations, etc. We had 3 couples, and there were 3 king bedrooms - perfect. Deck with pool was awesome. We had all we needed, and more. Would recommend this property for sure!

Wonderful Property in St. Thomas

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful house on St. Thomas. It was very spacious and clean. Everything worked great, including A/C, and there is even a back-up generator for when the power goes out - it happens periodically in St. Thomas. The house also had a nice collection of beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, floats, and other helpful things that we used when we went to the various beaches. The beach down the hill from the house is only accessible with a 4WD vehicle, but it is very pretty and secluded. The only potential negative is that you have to access the 3rd bedroom by walking through the 2nd bedroom. We had 4 college-aged friends with me and my wife, so it was no problem for us, but if you had 3 couples, it might not be an optimal layout. Overall, we loved the place and were extremely delighted with everything!

Stunning Views and Great Amenities

I would name this property Villa Serenity. The wonderful views of the ocean were enhanced by the peace and quiet of the area. The furnishings were very nice, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful!

We had the best week while staying at this beautiful house in Green Cay Plantation! The views from the back patio were so pretty! We enjoyed the infinity pool and watching the cruise ships go in and out of port. The house was spacious and exceeded our expectations! I can’t say enough good things about the hosts! They were easy to deal with and extremely responsive when we had questions or asked for recommendations. We used a recommendation for Chef Colin from Island Edge Culinary which was the best meal we ate while visiting!

Green Cay Villa is fully air-conditioned, with divinely exquisite furnishings.

Expertly cultivated gardens abounding with colorful blooms and rich foliage will lead you along the private drive onto the property. Your first sight as you enter will be the captivating vision of tropical splendor - true blue ocean, sunny skies, and the verdant hills that spill into the outskirts of the historic Charlotte Amalie Harbor. Taking your morning coffee or tea poolside, you may even spy cruise ships as they arrive; watch for their languid departures at dusk as the stars prepare to stud the dark sky with a million enchanting points of light.

The Greatroom includes the Living Room with its plush sink-into sofa which is positioned to enjoy the flat-screen satellite TV
