The fully-stocked kitchen boasts an oversized island that is perfect for gathering the whole family.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 9 ft ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops and vanities, and stainless appliances.
Our comfortable beds are wrapped in luxury bedding to help you get a good night's sleep.
The home is .3 miles from the Gulfview Heights Beach Access. The Gulfview Heights access is a great beach with parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.

The west side of 30A is known to be less crowded. But you are close enough to bike into Seaside for the day, the bike path runs along the stretch of 30A. Walk to Gulf Place enjoy the craft beer at "Growler Garage". Live music at Shunk Gulley and Growler.

This property is great because of the 4 King bedrooms, all with En-Suite bathrooms. King Bed on main if traveling with grandparents or groups. Bunk room has a set of built in bunks and a queen sofa bed. Kids can hang out in a separate place from the adults. Fenced yard with a private pool in case there are double red flag days.
