Loved this property! Clean and spacious.The pool was great to relax after a day at the beach! Close to so many places too. Book the golf cart recommended by Shyla, you won't regret it! Makes going to eat and shopping so much easier on 30A. Our family enjoyed our stay and Eileen was an Amazing host for us, and helped another sweet family stranded. :) We will be back, thanks again!

The house had plenty of bedroom space for our group of 10. The living room area didn't have the best seating for the whole group to sit comfortably together. Only 1 couch and chair, but there was a dining table and 2 smaller chairs. Overall, the house, pool and area were clean and nice. The walk to the beach was easy, and the area felt very safe. Some shops and restaurants were in decent waking distance. The beach gear was great- chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. Laundry access was also a great feature!

Perfect!

Everything from the location to the amenities to the pillows was perfect! This rental is roomy, comfy, and is in a great location. My kids loved going from the pool to the beach within minutes. Our hosts were super responsive and when we inquired about staying another day, they quickly accommodated. We WILL be back next year!

The stay was absolutely almost perfect, if not for a couple of small hiccups but that didn’t dampen our stay. The communication with the host, Eileen was great and as for the hiccups, she was very attentive and responsive in making sure everything was correct.The house was very clean with up to date furnishings, with comfortable sitting, and spacious for 7 people.The pool was clean and warm which we had no idea but enjoyed it, especially since there were a couple of cool days and nights.The proximity to the beach was perfect and the use of the golf cart from the owner (David) where we rented it from was very useful for local transportation.We would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome Fall Break

We walked into the property and immediately felt at home. The property was extremely clean and provided all the amenities we needed for our multigenerational group. The beach access was extremely close, just as described. While we elected to sample the local restaurant scene, we did prepare a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. The heated pool was perfect for our littles and everyone was pleased with the linens and sleeping options. We would highly recommend and would be excited at the opportunity to stay with these hosts again.

Disappointed

Very disappointed! Home stocked very poorly! Towels, thin and old, Kitchen dirty,,,dishwasher stunk, flat top filthy, old toaster, coffee pot etc.. Sheets,, had hair on fitted sheets on upstairs beds. Only one ac unit,, upstairs stayed hot. Family room furniture too small foe our family, Grill out side very small and old.

Follow-up: this review was when the home had a third party manager. The owner has since taken over management of the home with an incredible cleaning team. The home has been refreshed and it’s now immaculate and all concerns have been addressed. We hope to welcome you again so we can give you a 5-star experience!

Family Vacation with Friends

Went with another family of 4. This house provided plenty of room for all of us. Each set of parents had their own master bedroom. Each of the boys had their own room. The girls shared the room with the bunk beds.
