This was an excellent stay! I had a bachelor trip down near 30A and this was the most amazing place in a perfect neighborhood. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and avoided all of the chaos rosemary and seaside can sometimes have. The host was extremely timely in his responses. Would recommend anyone to stay here again.

This beautiful vacation rental works perfectly for our family. We love the fact there are three King bedrooms, each with their own bath, and still plenty of room for the Littles. This is our second time renting this home and it is overall just a really great experience. The pool makes it really fun for the little ones.

This was our 2nd year staying at this property and both our repeat family and new family members that joined us this year loved it! The kids love the little bunk room on the 2nd floor and the teenagers love their bunk room on the lower level. We will continue to keep this property in mind for future vacations for sure!

Great for family!

Just steps to the beach. Lots of beds and bathrooms, with wonderful mattresses. You will never run out of ice with two refrigerators and two ice makers! We had a wonderful time there being with our whole family!

This was the perfect property for our family and friends vacation. Short walk to the beach. The beach wasnt overly crowded due to being in a residential area. Randy was extremely responsive on any questions we had before or during our stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, but also a quick drive to Panama City Beach restaurants too. Close to grocery stores too! We will definitely keep this property in mind for futurue vacations!

Wonderful house and property!!

Our family of 11 stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing! Great for multiple families of all ages. Excellent beds and accommodations. Short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner Randy was in constant communication we had one small issue and let him know right away he was quick to respond and help with our issue. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

This amazing property was perfect for our family!!! We had sisters and cousins together for a Celebration of Life Vacation, and this home was the perfect location. Fully stocked with all the little extras you may need! Close walk to the beautiful beach! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! Love this home, we had large family with 4 babies, plenty of room for all. Loved the elevator as the main floor is on the 3rd floor. Host was very helpful, responsive to all request.

Wonderful trip

We can’t say enough good things about this property and our experience. We had 5 families, 8 adults and 6 children. The 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms were great! There were plenty of beach chairs. Overall, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Fall Break

We spent Fall Break here and it was beautiful. The house is very clean and well-maintained. We did have one question about the elevator and the owner responded immediately. The location is ideal…just a few houses down from the beach (with ocean views from the balcony) and walking distance to Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation at the beach!

This was our yearly family vacation and there is a total of 11 of us and we still had plenty of room. Enough that we had our own space and was not cramped at all. Really enjoyed the stay. The elevator was a great amenity. Loved it. We brought our own beach chairs, but loved the fact that property had there own and we could use them if needed. Nothing to fault the property, but community needs side walks to the beach, only had road access and traffic was busy. We had small children and bikes and they had to walk in the road to get access to the beach and bike trails. But over all would stay here again.

Loved our time here! The location was great. Quiet neighborhood away from traffic. From back gate to toes in sand was just under 3 minutes. The layout of the house was great. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The downstairs made a great spot for the kids to hang out. The elevator was great for the ones who had difficulty with all the stairs. The included beach supplies were super helpful for saving space on our trip from Ohio. Lots of chairs, a few umbrellas, and a beach wagon. Robert was also a great host! Great communication. One thing to note is that the pool is small! If the pool was a bit bigger, I actually think this place might have been the perfect vacation house. Even so, we didn’t let it damper our time there! Just couldn’t have all of us in the pool at once. Great place. Great week at the beach. Would definitely rent again!
