Pool heating is available as an optional add on for an additional $35 a day.

The pier, grill & smoker are not serviced by the cleaning staff. Please enjoy all amenities and leave these items in the condition you would like to find them when you'd arrive.

Guest have full access to the entire property except the locked garage/storage area.
The property is regularly serviced weekly by service professionals. Pool/lawn maintenance occurs weekly and pest control bi-weekly. Please allow them to do their job as they will be by during your visit.

** The pool is equipped with a pool heater that is available as an optional add-on for $35 a day. When the pool heater is chosen, it is not a hot tub and I don't want you disappointed. The heater will warm up the water to 85 degrees. If it is winter time and cold outside this temperature can still feel cold to some people.**

THE SPACE
The home is 2400 sqft. of private living space situated on 1.42 acres. 3 bedrooms each have a king size bed, night tables, dresser and closets. The additional lower bedroom has two bunkbeds that are twin over full with a dresser, desk/office space with a 1/2 bath and the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining room featuring a large dining table that can seat 10 people. There are two full bathroom that both feature a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combo. There are two living room area's that both feature seating areas and tv's. There is a covered patio facing the pool and beautiful view into the backyard. There is a charcoal grill and smoker for your outdoor grilling needs. The front yard includes a nice wooded area great for the kids to play and in the backyard towards the water there is a huge grassy area. The dock is perfect for fishing, swimming and just enjoying the water.
