COZY IN BARTLETT

Our home away from home is set close to all the great things the White Mountain area has to offer! The home can suit anyone, from a vacationing family to some friends spending the weekend skiing or hiking....and it's still got that new house smell :)!

THE SPACE:
You'll enjoy the spacious living area with couch space for everyone! A dining table that seats 8- plus a bar table that seats 4~ There's even a reading nook on the second floor, as well as, some special space for little ones!

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire space is there for you to use. Our house is your house, we just ask that you treat it kindly and leave it the way you found it.

We will email details once reservation is confirmed. We will send self check in info 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Can accommodate more than 6 (can comfortably sleep 12). - please inquire if you'd are interested in more than 6.

We would also entertain allowing dogs~ please inquire.


PLEASE NOTE: Most of the reviews on Airbnb are from the previous home we had on the property. This is brand new construction, from the foundation up!

UPDATE 2.17.23~ The back deck is not finished yet still missing one railing and there are no steps! We have caution tape marking the affected areas...PLEASE do not go on the deck until further notice!

We provide linens and towels- we ask that you wash and get them in the dryer prior to your departure.

TRASH - Make sure to take regular trash out and put in the green dumpster across the street. The recyclable need to be placed in the appropriate blue bin in the basement.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR. Cozy is brand new and we want to keep her that way. If you can kindly remove your outside shoes at the door we’d greatly appreciate it. Feel free to bring your slippers or other cozy indoor footwear to saunter around the house in. Thanks!

The kitchen is stocked with essential items ie. silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, plus some staple pantry items (sugar, coffee, etc) and spices are available for you to use. We ask only that you re-stock items that you use a lot of, and that you strive to leave the kitchen as clean.

PLEASE make sure to take your unused food and perishables with you.

If you are a smoker please smoke outside and please dispose of the butts in the trash not on the ground.

As we are not up in Bartlett all the time, it would be extremely helpful if you happen to run out of something, break something or even noticed something wrong or amiss, that you would call us anytime, day or night.

This home is brand new and created out of a labor of love...we hope that you make memories here and will take care of and respect it just as it were your own~
