Escape to our cozy 2-bedroom vacation home in Payson, where you'll be surrounded by the water at Green Valley Lakes , Just a 5-minute drive from the Mazatzal Casino, this property offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or cozy up by the electric fireplace for a movie night on the smart TV.

When it's time to unwind, take advantage of the free WiFi and the in-unit washer and dryer. We have a soaking tub and a beautiful shower, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The view of the lake off the master suite deck is stunning.
All doors and windows have black out shades. My home is not set up for pets , it’s an upstairs unit with out a fence yard.

Outside, you'll be treated to stunning lake views, perfect for taking in the natural surroundings. Venture out to explore the nearby Tonto Natural Bridge State Park or the Tonto National Forest, both just a short drive away.

A wonderful experience! Our Host deserves 10 Stars and the place had virtually everything you could want. From a kitchen with almost anything you might need, to a super comfortable bed and a balcony off the main bedroom that overlooked a beautiful lake and very active city park. Enjoying your morning coffee watching for deer and elk is a relaxing getaway. We will be back next year! Simply a great getaway.

Lovely place to stay with wonderful owner.

The accommodation was comfortable and in a very good location, so close to the community lake. Shirleylynn our hostess was lovely, and gave us some good ideas on where to go to eat locally. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing Place to stay

The place is beautiful! We stayed 2 nights and didn't want to leave! Shirley is an amazing host and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had everything we needed and even left us some goodies to take home. Payson is beautiful to explore but honestly the best part of our vacation was staying here!

Amazing Place Location and Host

What a great place to stay. The house is amazing great views great host worth every peeny of the stay. We will be coming back again for sure soon. Doesnt get better then this. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place. The wildlife is amazing too.

Just right in Payson

This is a great location in Payson & wonderful neighborhood with everyone walking & fishing around the lake during the day & night - we loved the neighborhood elk as well. Everything is provided and it's a short drive to additional fishing at Tonto Creek & Woods Canyon Lake. Fabulous property & super clean!

I am a native of Arizona I still work in my salon that’s downstairs from the Vacation Rental. I love hosting people and making there stay the best experience at my place. The deck off the master suite is beautiful and relaxing. Watching the eagles fishing on the lake , elk grazing and getting out and taking a walk at the park.

I chose this neighborhood because it was the only 1 acre lot in town and it was right next to Green Valley Lake and the parks

I feel my property is unique because, I am on a 1 acre lot in town and I don’t have neighbors right next to me. There are neighbors in the neighborhood of course, we have a lot of wildlife here elk you see almost every day. And of course we’re right next to the lake and the two ponds at Green Valley Lake.
