The ultimate entertaining or getaway space with lots of amenities for everyone including a pool, large screened room with ping pong table and outdoor dining, full sized arcade game, and two living rooms.

Easy to get around by car. Close to shopping and dining. Off street parking easily accommodates 3 cars and guests may park on street as well
