Large home with 4 bedrooms including three queen size beds, two bunk beds, and a futon in downstairs living space. The ultimate entertaining or getaway space with lots of amenities for everyone including a pool, large screened room with ping pong table and outdoor dining, full sized arcade game, and two living rooms.

Easy to get around by car. Close to shopping and dining. Off street parking easily accommodates 3 cars and guests may park on street as well

No cats, breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine plus pet fee. No Dogs in the Pool

Great house with great amenities

The hot tub, pool, and overall backyard area made our stay a lot of fun. Host was very responsive and the house was great.

Fun Family Vacation

We loved our stay in Pensacola! We were bummed the dogs weren’t allowed in the pool, and the air conditioning would not work during the day, but we still had a great time with family! Lots of games and activities were available at this house to keep us entertained!

Awesome experience

Literally 15 minutes from everything even the Pensacola beach. This property has everything that a family needs for a vacation getaway. This was by far the best experience we could’ve ever had.

2nd time stay

Brandon is a wonderful host. Such ease knowing if we had a problem that it would taken care of. He mentioned he was very thankful for how we cleaned up the property but how could we not! It’s like a home away from home. Very thankful for the time we spend there. Definitely making it our vacation spot.
