Villa Ethian is a two (2) story, 3 bed/3.5 bath villa located on the hillside of Rogue’s Bay, centrally located on the north side coast of Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Villa Ethian is a comfortable, modern space where you can have your choice of three (3) air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious, airy living room, a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances and a total of four (4) balconies which overlook the one of the British Virgin Islands’ most picturesque and secluded beaches. Villa Ethian also seamlessly blends outdoor living, entertainment, and dining with a spacious outdoor roof top covered pergola, which has an outdoor kitchen: a perfect setting for great food, great views, all that is missing is you!

Let Villa Ethian be your Caribbean home away from home, included are towels, beach towels, hairdryers, iron, ironing board etc. The included high-speed internet will keep you connected, (if you want to be connected) and rest assured that your vacation will not be interrupted with a power outage as the emergency standby generator and automatic transfer switch will ensure a continuously powered vacation.

Villa Ethian has ample parking, sufficient space to park multiple full-sized SUVs. If you stay at Villa Ethian and you are an adventurer, you can take a 5-minute drive to, bask in the seclusion, bask in the serenity of Rogue’s Bay beach (a 4WD vehicle is recommended to get down to Rogue’s Bay beach from Villa Ethian).

Beautiful view! It was a little tricky getting there. But then all of Tortola is tricky. The accomodations were superior. Our party of six had a great time.

Awesome view & Large home

Home is newly built & well stocked with comfortable beds and every bedroom has its own full bathroom. Great coffee bar & maker. Nice outdoor grill and seating areas with multiple balconies. We would stay here again. Quiet neighborhood central to everything. Very responsive property manager.

Great relaxation Spot

The property is still under construction, so I can understand how some parties would take issue with it. We only stayed for one night, so it didn’t really bother us. The location is a bit remote, but not too hard to find once you get used to driving around Tortola.

Dear Brett, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re pleased to hear that you found our property to be a great relaxation spot. We’d like to kindly clarify that the property is not under construction as mentioned. However, we are excited about future enhancements, including a pool and a self-contained two-bedroom suite on the first level, which will further elevate the guest experience. The infrastructure for this has been thoughtfully incorporated without impacting the current ambiance. Development will commence during the offseason/ between bookings. Additionally, we were happy to offer you an early check-in, allowing you to settle in three hours ahead of schedule. Regarding the location, while we are situated in a peaceful, elevated area, we are conveniently located just 15 minutes uphill from the city center, providing both tranquility and accessibility. We appreciate your visit and hope to welcome you back again!

Wonderful Private Home with Spectacular Views

Home is a few miles away from the busy areas of Tortilla with privacy and an unbeatable view above Rouge Bay and just around the corner from Trunk Bay. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and treats. We loved the views for our evening drinks and morning coffee. Host was over the top helpful with recommendations for outings and restaurant suggestions. Home is finished very nicely and beds were quite comfortable. We stayed here for a week and hated to leave. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views in Rogue’s Bay

We loved our trip to Tortola and we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with its amazing view of Rogue’s Bay. This house was very clean, inviting and well equipped to meet our needs. Only thing I did not realize was that it was not fully air conditioned, however this is not unusual in the islands. We were able to open all doors in the living area to create a nice breeze. Only recommendation I would make for the owner is to provide Beach Chairs for their guests to utilize. Otherwise wonderful rental and enjoyed our stay!!

Pre-Vaca to the Vaca

Fabulous home to gather the family members before the charter. Villa is as advertised, actually feels bigger. Roger is very attentive and always willing to help. Address is tough so I recommend using drivers/vendors familiar with the property. Amazing views and the beach down below was worth the walk. Especially if you have a car to drive down. We made the walk and it was a great workout for all involved. Would def consider returning.

Amazing spot near Rouge Bay

We had a great but quick stay at the Villa. Very clean and exceptionally well stocked. Everyone enjoyed the coffee bar. The view is beautiful. The hike to the beach is intense but worth it. If taking a car down to the beach, may want to park on the paved parking area as we saw a local get stuck. Roger was great to work with. Suggest downloading the directions in advance. Good to note that the bedrooms have AC, main area/kitchen does not. Group of adult friends all said they would go back.

Quick stay before hopping in Catamaran

We got into Tortolla a day before hopping on our Catamaran trip, and stayed the night. There were 6 of us. Roger was so quick to answer any questions and offer advice… very accommodating! He arranged driver to pick us up at the airport, stop at a grocery and bring us to the place, who then was able to take us out to dinner later that evening. And then we did have that driver pick us up and drive us to the marina the next day. The views are stunning. The beds were very comfortable. We all had our own rooms with our own bathrooms. We enjoyed the air-conditioning in our bedrooms and loved the coffee bar so we did not have to worry about bringing coffee or cream or sugar, etc. Thanks Roger we would definitely recommend it to anybody.
