Welcome to Beach Bay Getaway, your ultimate waterfront retreat! This luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10 guests and offers an unforgettable experience with stunning water views, a private pool, and spectacular outdoor amenity areas. Located right on Grand Lagoon on the east end of Panama City Beach, you can bring your boat and enjoy the intercostal waterway, shell island and all the area has to offer for watersports!

The amazing outdoor living space includes a large private pool, grill, tranquil views of grand lagoon (you are right on the water), a large deck, plenty of room to hang out and entertain, soak up the sun - and you haven't even gotten to the beach yet! Our amazing waterfront home is just 1,000 feet to the nearest beach access point. That is less than 1/5 of a mile or about a 5 minute walk!

The spacious living area features large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide breathtaking water views. Relax on plush sofas or watch a movie on the TV. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with ample counter space, is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy at the dining table or on the outdoor patio overlooking the bay. The three levels are accessible with our complimentary elevator as well!

The primary master bedroom boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and phenomenal views of the waters of Grand Lagoon. The second master bedroom also features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers 2 queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

Step outside to your private oasis with a sparkling pool, sun loungers, and an alfresco dining area. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy the water views while enjoying a beverage of your choice.

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

We do weekly pool maintenance, but cannot control weather or debris. While we strive for cleanliness, we can't guarantee a debris-free pool. Rest assured, we're dedicated to keeping the pool in top condition.
