The Villa



This beautifully designed villa offers 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, blending modern Caribbean architecture with designer furnishings and finishes to create a relaxed, resort style retreat.



The home has been thoughtfully furnished with Restoration Hardware pieces throughout, creating a refined yet comfortable atmosphere that complements the natural beauty of the island.



As you enter the home, soaring 20 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows immediately open the space to breathtaking views of the ocean, pool, and tropical gardens, creating an incredible sense of light and openness throughout the villa.



The open concept living space flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, making it ideal for families and groups traveling together.



High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, making it easy to stay connected when needed.



Kitchen & Living



The fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining. It features custom oak cabinetry, a striking 14-foot island with seating, and a professional Wolf range for those who enjoy cooking.



A large circular dining table comfortably seats 8 to 10 guests, creating the perfect place to share meals together while overlooking the pool and outdoor terrace.

Every bedroom includes its own bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, and luxury hotel grade mattresses with premium cotton bedding and pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Beachwood Villa is located in a peaceful residential area on Providenciales, just a 10 minute drive from Providenciales International Airport, making arrival and departure effortless.

Guest Verification & Property Protection



Beachwood Villa is managed by TKCA Vacation Rentals via Truvi.



To help protect both our guests and the property, TKCA partners with Know Your Guest, a leading vacation rental guest verification provider. Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to complete a simple verification process.



A non refundable damage waiver of $175 is required for each reservation, providing coverage for accidental damage up to $2,500 during the stay.



Utilities



Electricity costs in the Turks and Caicos Islands are significantly higher than in most countries due to the island’s energy infrastructure.



Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of energy usage, particularly when using air conditioning. When AC is running, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The property owner includes an electricity allowance of $60 per day. At the end of the stay, the meter will be read and any consumption above this allowance will be charged at $0.60 per kWh.
